Product Owner – CRM & PAM | Manila (Relocation Package Offered)
We are hiring on behalf of a leading iGaming company seeking a Product Owner to drive the strategy and delivery of backend CRM and PAM systems. This role focuses on building scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions that enhance player engagement and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the roadmap for CRM (campaigns, retention, segmentation) and PAM (onboarding, KYC/AML, payments).
Gather and prioritize requirements with stakeholders across marketing, compliance, and operations.
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, working closely with engineering teams.
Optimize backend systems using data, automation, and emerging technologies.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support business goals like player retention and LTV growth.
Requirements
5+ years in product management, including 3+ years in backend systems
Strong experience in the iGaming industry, especially with CRM and PAM platforms
Technical understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and databases
Proven track record in agile environments and stakeholder management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus
