A leading and well-placed iGaming company is seeking a Engineering Manager (iGaming) to take charge of its technical strategy and execution across its casino products. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on scaling high-performance teams, driving innovation, and delivering resilient systems in a fast-evolving, high-traffic environment.

 

Your Role:

As Engineering Manager, you will:

	<li>Set the technical vision and engineering roadmap across multiple product verticals
	<li>Lead, mentor, and scale a team of engineers and tech leads across backend, frontend, and DevOps
	<li>Partner closely with senior product stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
	<li>Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, development, testing, and operations
	<li>Champion a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous learning
	<li>Drive hiring, team development, and technical performance across distributed and hybrid teams
</ul>

 

What You Bring:

<ul>
	<li>8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or departmental management role
	<li>Deep knowledge of modern engineering practices
	<li>Proven success managing and scaling engineering teams in complex product environments
	<li>Experience with AWS (or other cloud platforms), CI/CD, microservices, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redis, etc.)
	<li>Excellent communication and people management skills
	<li>Strong alignment with agile delivery models and product-led development
	<li>Background in iGaming, sports betting, or high-availability transaction systems is strongly preferred

​I come from business studies; fashion, and luxury, while having multiple years of experience in leading retail store sales teams. Being a people person and having Sales embedded in my professional DNA, I switched my career completely to be more independent and self-driven, which is why recruitment attracts me the most as a career. I want to use my position in recruiting to assist people in transitioning to newer opportunities and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry. 
I will primarily be focusing on multi-lingual customer service roles in KYC and responsible gaming, while also handling live dealing and game presenter roles, whilst also promoting roles that are a fantastic gateway into the iGaming industry.
