Main Responsibilities:
Lead all commercial reporting, delivering insights into key B2C metrics such as LTV, churn, ARPU, and CPA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable data for marketing, retention, and reactivation strategies.
Drive player segmentation and forecasting to guide budget allocation and targeting decisions.
Oversee the full data stack—from data engineering and cloud architecture (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) to ETL workflows using dbt, Airflow, or Fivetran.
Ensure high-quality, real-time and batch data processing across systems.
Roll out BI dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, and champion a culture of data self-service.
Provide transparent insights into user behavior, product interaction, and campaign performance.
Take ownership of data compliance, including GDPR, AML, and jurisdiction-specific reporting, with structured audit and documentation protocols.
Build and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and BI developers.
Set a forward-looking data strategy aligned with business goals and act as a senior data voice in executive discussions.
Desired Experience:
Strong experience leading teams, with 3+ in B2C iGaming.
Expertise in player lifecycle metrics and data platforms.
Proficient in SQL and modern ETL tools.
Strong background in BI tools and compliance.
Nice to have: experience with predictive analytics, real-time streaming (Kafka), and CRM platforms
