A growing iGaming company is looking for a Sportsbook Manager to oversee sportsbook operations and support the expansion of betting activities in a regulated environment. Main Responsibilities: Define and execute the sportsbook strategy aligned with business and growth objectives. Manage daily sportsbook operations, including betting markets, odds monitoring, event coverage, and promotional activities. Organize the sportsbook calendar according to major tournaments, sports events, and local opportunities. Coordinate with external sportsbook providers to maintain market availability, platform stability, and operational improvements. Plan and launch promotional campaigns such as free bets, cashback offers, odds boosts, and accumulator campaigns. Monitor operational and commercial KPIs including turnover, GGR, NGR, active users, retention, and campaign performance. Work closely with CRM and Marketing teams to optimize player engagement and communication strategies. Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure proper exposure management and adherence to regulatory requirements. Act as the primary contact for sportsbook operational matters, incidents, integrations, and configuration updates. Ensure sportsbook content, rules, and promotional materials are accurate and aligned with business goals. Analyze betting behavior, user activity, and market trends to identify optimization and revenue opportunities. Prepare regular operational reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and action plans for management. Desired experience: Solid experience managing sportsbook operations within the iGaming, sportsbook, or online betting industry. Strong knowledge of sportsbook products, betting markets, margins, profitability, and promotional mechanics. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational management. Experience working with Marketing, CRM, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret betting and operational data. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Advanced or fluent English is required for communication with international teams and providers. Experience within regulated betting environments is highly valued but not strictly mandatory. Familiarity with the Brazilian sportsbook market, local sports culture, and betting trends would be considered a strong advantage. Experience with sportsbook platforms, back-office tools, or cross-sell strategies involving Casino or Bingo products is a plus.

We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst, who can bridge the gap between finance/data intelligence and commercial. This is a hands-on role embedded within a high-growth iGaming business, where you will translate complex datasets into unbiased actionable commercial insights that directly influence strategy, marketing investment, and P&L performance.  You'll be a trusted partner to key internal stakeholders. Skills & Experience Essential 5+ years in a commercial finance / data analytical role — must be from within iGaming, online betting Demonstrable understanding of iGaming commercial metrics: ROAS, GGR, NGR, hold rate, player LTV, CPA, ARPU, churn, and bonus cost management. Strong BI tooling skills — proficient in Power BI, Tableau, with the ability to build production-grade dashboards from scratch. Solid SQL skills; comfortable querying large transactional datasets, and working with data warehouse environments (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for modelling and ad-hoc analysis; experience with dynamic financial models and scenario planning. Strong communicator - able to distil complex analysis into clear, concise insight for non-financial audiences. Detail-oriented with a high standard for data accuracy and a structured approach to problem solving. This is a P&L role. You will own GGR, margin and hold, manage our managed-trading partnership, define liability and bet-acceptance policy, shape the product roadmap, and build the trading and risk function from scratch through to a 24/7 desk. You will be the senior commercial voice on every decision that touches the sportsbook. What we're looking for 8+ years in sportsbook trading, product or commercial leadership, with at least 3 years at senior level. Critically, you will have direct, hands-on experience operating in the African sportsbook market — you understand the regulatory environment, the accumulator culture, mobile-first behaviour, naira-denominated risk, and NLRC oversight from the inside. You will have owned a regulated sportsbook P&L at meaningful scale and have worked with a managed-trading provider or run an in-house desk.
