The Payments & Fraud Analyst plays a key role within the Compliance function, serving as the central link between Payments Operations and Fraud Operations. This role is responsible for monitoring transaction activity, managing escalations, producing ongoing reporting, and supporting fraud mitigation efforts.

This role safeguards customers, minimizes risk exposure, and strengthens internal controls within a regulated environment.

- Investigate payment-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Generate reports on identified fraudulent activity.
- Request, review, and verify documents related to fraud or KYC.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years in payments, fraud operations, compliance, risk, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of payment methods and fraud patterns.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, fintech, or financial services.
- Familiarity with AML frameworks and regulatory processes.
- Experience producing management or regulatory reports.
- Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience collaborating with Payments, Fraud, AML, Compliance.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills.

Develop strategic plans for brand building and acquisition marketing across North America.
