Management Accountant (6 months fixed-term contract)
Operational Point of Contact: Finance Manager
Functional Point of Contact: Finance Director
Contract type: Service agreement (IE or B2B)
Length of contract: Fixed-term, 6 months
Scope of Services
• Provide day-to-day accounting and financial administration services for multiple legal entities
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure transactions are recorded correctly and on time
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other relevant authorities as required
• Prepare, review, and execute bank and cryptocurrency payments in accordance with agreed procedures and
approval processes
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely processing of financial transactions across entities
• Perform and review reconciliations, including bank accounts, balances, and other financial records
• Deliver financial reporting, analysis, and ad hoc outputs as agreed with the Finance Manager
• Identify and propose improvements to accounting and financial processes across multiple entities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field - or similar qualification
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or controlling
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end
closing processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Solid understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Solid understanding of relevant tax laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other
applicable taxes
• Experience working across multiple entities or in a multi-country environment is an advantage

Duties include but are not limited to:
Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters, ensuring timely resolution in line with company policies;

Requirements:
