Our client, a leading international lottery and gaming operator, is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Corporate Development – Americas to lead its expansion across North and Latin America. This is a high-impact role for a business development leader with a passion for international growth, strategic partnerships, and market development in regulated sectors.

You’ll be the driving force behind identifying new opportunities, building key relationships, and shaping the client’s presence in the Americas. From market intelligence to M&A, from stakeholder engagement to tender leadership, this is your chance to shape the future of gaming in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development across the Americas, identifying and executing growth opportunities (organic and M&A)

  • Build strategic partnerships with lotteries, government bodies, and commercial stakeholders

  • Drive market intelligence and deep-dive assessments to inform go-to-market strategies

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to align on execution and delivery

  • Represent the client at industry events, tenders, and high-level negotiations

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience in international business development, ideally in gambling or lottery.

  • Proven success in strategic partnerships, tenders, and deal-making

  • Strong market insight and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus but not required

  • Willingness to travel internationally (30–50%)

As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Sports Trader with strong expertise in U.S. sports and a proven track record in trading and risk management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven trading environment. Role Overview and Responsibilities: As a Sports Trader, you will be responsible for pricing and managing betting markets across major U.S. sports, including NFL, NBA, MLB, and NCAA. You’ll play a key role in optimizing trading performance, managing risk, and ensuring market competitiveness. Odds Compilation & Market Making: Set and adjust pre-match and in-play odds using proprietary models and real-time data.
