We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, manage, and grow our clients affiliate partnerships.
This role requires a proactive networker with established industry connections and the ability to negotiate high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners in their target markets.
- Negotiate commission structures and promotional opportunities with affiliates.
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze ROI, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Work closely with internal teams (content, product, compliance) to support affiliates.
Requirements: - Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in iGaming or digital entertainment.
- Must have an active network of affiliates and be able to leverage those relationships immediately.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively close deals.
- Data-driven mindset to measure partnership effectiveness.
