Customer Experience Manager

Location: Malta

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Experience professional to join a growing iGaming business and take ownership of its player support function.

 

This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to shape how Customer Experience operates as the business grows. You will be responsible for building the right processes, developing a strong support team, and ensuring players receive a consistently high standard of service.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Take ownership of the overall Customer Experience function and day-to-day support operation.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Establish clear processes, escalation routes, quality standards, and ways of working.
  • Oversee complaints and complex player escalations, ensuring they are handled effectively and professionally.
  • Use customer feedback and operational data to identify recurring issues and improve the player experience.
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, Technology, Payments, and other teams to resolve player friction and improve processes.
  • Help shape the tools, automation, and systems used across Customer Experience.
  • Develop a scalable support model that can grow alongside the business.

 

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience in Customer Support or Customer Experience, ideally within iGaming environment.
  • Previous experience leading and developing a Customer Support or Customer Experience team.
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to build processes and functions rather than simply manage an established operation.
  • Strong understanding of escalations, complaints, quality management, and customer service operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of ownership.
  • An interest, passion and hands-on experience in AI technology, automation, and finding smarter ways to improve customer journey.

 

Malta-based candidates preferred.

Operations Managers (Thailand)   Salary: 60,000 - 110,000 THB per month Location: Asia, 100% Remote Employment: Full-time   About the Role We are looking for experienced Operations Managers to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of established B2C online gaming brands in Thailand.   This is a senior, hands-on opportunity suited to someone who understands the Thai online gaming market and can operate with a high level of autonomy. We’re looking for a Swedish-speaking RG Specialist to join their Malta office. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants long-term career growth within a stable, international organisation.   Role Overview In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring player activity, identifying potential risks, and ensuring players receive the right level of support. You will review accounts, analyse behavioural and transactional patterns, speak directly with customers when needed, and implement responsible gambling measures.   Key Responsibilities Monitor player behaviour using internal tools Conduct proactive and reactive account reviews Assess risk levels based on activity and transactions Contact players via phone, email, or chat Recommend and apply RG measures (limits, exclusions, etc.) Handle escalated or complex RG cases Document interactions and prepare follow-up reports Work with internal teams to improve processes and policies   Requirements Native or fluent Swedish + strong English Minimum 1 year of experience in Responsible Gaming, Risk, or Customer Support within iGaming CS profiles with solid RG exposure are welcome!
