About the Role We are looking for a BI Specialist to structure, integrate and analyze data across our client entire operation, working closely with Operations, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Compliance, Product and Leadership. This role is responsible for transforming operational and business data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, performance monitoring and continuous improvement across the organization. The professional will help build the company’s data infrastructure, integrating multiple sources, developing reliable dashboards and establishing key metrics that support data-driven management and sustainable growth.
