For this role, you will be based in Malta and you will be reporting into the Director of BD. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and you will be expected to conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Your time will be split between managing a team of  sales managers and bringing in new business while over-seeing all new contractual agreements. To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous B2B sales and people management experience within the iGaming sector (preferably promoting sportsbook related products). Desired Experience: 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner in a software or technology-focused company. Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience leading agile teams. Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical and functional specifications. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between business and tech. Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and familiarity with wireframing tools and processes. Knowledge of online gaming, betting, or loyalty/rewards systems is a plus, though not essential. Understanding of software architecture or programming concepts is beneficial. Passion for innovation and enhancing digital customer experiences.

You’ll implement email templates, automate workflows, and collaborate with marketing, sales and IT to scale execution across channels in this company. Main Responsibilities: Build, test and deploy responsive HTML/CSS email templates for multiple clients/brands. Integrate templates with CRM/email platforms and ensure deliverability across clients. Create modular, reusable code components and maintain a template library. Implement and maintain email automations and data-driven campaigns. Troubleshoot rendering and tracking issues across devices and platforms. Work closely with marketing, sales and IT to map data flows and platform integrations. The role is on-site in Vancouver.  Key Responsibilities: DevOps Leadership: Champion DevOps principles and best practices across engineering, product, and operations teams. Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert in DevOps. Infrastructure Ownership: Take complete ownership of our AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency. Manage cloud resources through Infrastructure as Code (IaC). CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions (or similar) to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple environments. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Lead the adoption and implementation of IaC using AWS CDK to manage infrastructure across all environments. Monitoring & Incident Response: Implement observability tools and establish incident response playbooks to ensure reliability and fast recovery during outages or incidents.
