I'm currently supporting a well-established iGaming company looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee compliance across multiple licensed jurisdictions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance across assigned regulated markets.
  • Liaise with regulators on licensing, reporting, and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure policies and processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and internal audits.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and implement required actions.
  • Provide compliance advice to business stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support regulatory inspections.

About You

  • 3-5+ years' compliance experience within online gaming.
  • Strong knowledge of regulated gambling markets.
  • Experience working with regulators is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

MLRO & AML Manager Hybrid on Malta Full time My client,a leading gaming business, is hiring an MLRO and AML Manager to oversee their AML/CFT and sanctions framework across European regulated markets, acting as MLRO where required and reporting to the Head of Compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage AML/CFT and sanctions compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Act as MLRO and handle SAR/STR reporting and regulatory engagement. Oversee risk assessments, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and financial crime controls. Support new market launches, lead audits, deliver training, and report risks to senior management.   Requirements Proven experience in a senior AML or MLRO role within iGaming or another regulated industry.
