This role focuses on supporting product teams with analytics, reporting, and actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. Main Responsibilities: • Actively participate in business initiatives from the product perspective, including evaluating potential business impact, defining data and reporting needs, and developing frameworks to measure success. • Design and implement reporting solutions in Tableau and other tools to analyze the performance of product features, customer journeys, and behavioral metrics such as conversion funnels. • Scope, plan, and perform A/B tests and various analyses, translating results into clear, actionable recommendations for product stakeholders. • Contribute to the development and deployment of a robust analytics layer for A/B testing processes. • Take ownership of maintaining and enhancing reporting systems and dashboards used by product teams. Desired experience: • Strong command of applied statistics, including experimental design, analysis of time-series and cross-sectional data, and sound knowledge of probability concepts. • Proficiency in R, Python, or similar open-source programming languages for data analysis and manipulation. • Excellent SQL skills and experience building dashboards in Tableau, alongside solid abilities in Excel and other MS Office applications. • Effective communicator with the capability to explain technical analyses and insights to nontechnical audiences and to produce clear technical documentation or specifications. • Well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering results within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all compliance activities in line with the requirements set by the UK Gambling Commission. Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and internal documentation across multiple areas, including (but not limited to): AML/CTF, Social Responsibility, ISMS, GDPR, Advertising Standards, and PCI DSS. Oversee the compliance team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development. Conduct regular internal reviews and audits to ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and codes of practice, flagging any areas of risk or concern. Collaborate closely with our technology team to define and deliver tools and features that support regulatory compliance, enhance the player experience, and improve internal workflows. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on compliance and regulatory matters, offering guidance and support as needed. Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations, ensuring that the business is informed and that internal systems and procedures are updated in response. What We’re Looking For A minimum of 5 years’ experience in online gambling compliance, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity. Strong working knowledge of UK gambling legislation (holding a UKGC PML is advantageous), as well as AML regulations, GDPR, and related reporting requirements. Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing compliance frameworks, policies, and processes. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A keen interest in emerging technologies and innovative approaches to compliance challenges. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A collaborative, down-to-earth team player who embraces a positive and respectful work culture.
