Support the setup and optimization of affiliate tracking systems and tools to enhance transparency and partner trust. Requirements 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, sports betting, or closely related sectors. Proven track record managing large affiliate portfolios and driving acquisition growth in the U.S. market. Experience in regulated or semi-regulated verticals (iGaming, social casino, sweepstakes, or sports betting). Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Solid understanding of tracking systems, attribution models, and affiliate software (Income Access, PartnerMatrix, or similar).
