About the Role We are looking for a highly organized Administrative & Finance Assistant to provide direct support to the General Manager Brazil and contribute to the efficiency of daily financial and administrative operations. Compliance & Internal Controls Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and basic financial control processes. Support compliance with corporate, financial, and regulatory requirements. Assist during audits and internal reviews by preparing documentation and supporting materials when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in an administrative and/or finance support role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills. Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a strong advantage. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential information. Fluent Portuguese is mandatory for daily operations.
