About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Strategy:

Promote best practices in architecture, code quality, documentation, observability, and incident management.
Platform Modernisation:
Identify and remediate technical debt across legacy systems — through stabilisation, refactoring, or full rebuilds;
Implement scalable, modular design patterns that support seamless integrations and reliable reporting;
Ensure platform readiness for diverse regulatory and performance requirements, including latency and compliance considerations.
Team Leadership & Culture:
Inspire and mentor a longstanding, capable team of developers, architects, and engineers;
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, while valuing institutional knowledge;
Identify and address team capability needs through hiring, training, or strategic partnerships.
Data & Insights:
