Responsible for user acquisition and affiliate management. Develop, implement, track and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns across all digital channels to grow our customer base.
Key Priorities:
- Scale Acquisition: Strengthen our pipeline of affiliates and FTDs month on month. Find scale to reach our growth targets.
- Increase Partnerships: Source, engage and onboard affiliate partners across multiple regions.
- Deal Maker: Secure new affiliates and be the deal owner ensuring we achieve the goals of the engagement.
- Drive Performance: Track and review the performance of our affiliates and crack the code behind obtaining return on investment.
Broader Responsibilities:
- Account management: Provide support to the affiliate network and nurture strong long-term relationships.
- Creative resource management: Ensure affiliates have the necessary tools for effective promotion, affiliate managers coordinate the creation and distribution of creative resources.
- Compliance and fraud prevention: Implement methods to monitor for fraudulent activities, and perform measures to reduce fraud and protect the business.
- Manage budget: Manage acquisition or affiliate marketing budget, including organising payments and invoices.
- Reporting: Create reports to inform the business on affiliate performance and return on investment.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience in managing streamers (preferred)
- Have an existing affiliate network to leverage (preferred)
- Experience in the betting/wagering/gaming industry
- Track record of achieving return on investment through affiliates or other acquisition channel
- Experience in targeting Europe, Asia or other regions
- Solid knowledge of affiliate platforms, digital analytics and tracking tools
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

As the PPC Manager, you will take full ownership of our paid search accounts, leading the performance strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads and Search Ads 360.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage large-scale, high-budget paid search accounts with a focus on performance and ROI.
Align PPC strategy with the commercial goals and KPIs of our core gaming brands (e.g. ROAS, FTDs, CPA, Conversion Rates, CPC, Budgets, NGR).
Lead and manage a team, overseeing all PPC activities across assigned accounts and platforms including Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other MarTech tools.

Key Responsibilities – Senior PPC Executive
Ensure all PPC campaigns consistently meet high standards while adhering to company guidelines, compliance requirements, and search engine regulations.
Execute PPC strategies defined by the PPC Manager across multiple accounts, focusing on meeting monthly and annual performance and profitability targets.
Establish and maintain strong commercial strategies for each account, with tailored performance objectives aligned with business goals.
Work closely with the PPC Manager to deliver seamless campaigns that reflect a unified and high-quality standard.
Manage keyword targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant PPC channels.
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly data checks and optimisations to support accurate reporting and actionable financial insights.
