Pentasia are supporting an iGaming Operator in their search for a Cyprus Country Director. In this role, you will lead the company’s online betting operations by driving acquisition, retention, CRM, promotions and overall digital strategy to grow revenue, improve customer experience, manage performance against KPIs and budgets, coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the local team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the company’s online operations

Monitor business performance, KPIs, and budgets
Analyse market trends, competition, and industry developments

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the betting industry
Experience in a managerial or director-level position
Strong understanding of online operations and digital business
Experience with promotions, CRM activities, and online campaigns
Analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and performance reports
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to make strategic decisions and manage teams effectively
Fluent English language skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in regulated markets
Knowledge of the Cyprus market
Understanding of sports betting products

My client is a fast-scaling casino affiliate platform with a built-in rakeback model and is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to own casino operator relationships across the UK, Brazil and Europe.
This is role focuses on negotiating and optimizing CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals with both fiat and crypto operators, including major international and emerging brands.
You will be responsible for sourcing and managing high-value operator partnerships, improving commercial terms over time, securing rakeback-compatible agreements and acting as the primary point of contact for affiliate managers across all active deals.
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of iGaming Affiliate experience, strong operator relationships, proven negotiation ability and can independently manage partnerships end-to-end after initial introductions from leadership.
Portuguese language, experience with cashback/rakeback or crypto casino models are strong advantages.

This is a commercially focused leadership role with responsibility for developing and executing local market strategy across brand, acquisition, CRM, affiliates, and digital marketing channels. You’ll work closely with global teams while acting as the key voice for the New Zealand market, ensuring campaigns are locally relevant, compliant, and performance-driven.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading brand building and acquisition marketing strategy for New Zealand
• Managing ATL and digital marketing channels including TV, radio, sponsorships, PR, affiliates, CRM, and paid media
• Owning budgets, forecasts, campaign performance, and ROI analysis
