B2B Marketing Manager – LATAM
About the Role:
An international iGaming company is expanding its presence across Latin America, with a strong focus on regulated markets such as Brazil, Peru, and Colombia.
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager based in Brazil to support this growth, bringing strong local knowledge and a hands-on approach to marketing execution. This role will focus on building brand presence and driving commercial opportunities through event-led and relationship-driven initiatives.
You will work closely with regional stakeholders and global teams, playing a key role in connecting the LATAM market with the company’s broader marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute relationship-driven marketing initiatives, including events, hospitality activities, business trips, and regional exhibitions
Manage end-to-end execution (budgeting, vendor sourcing, negotiations, logistics, timelines, and on-site delivery)
Support participation in key industry conferences (e.g., SBC, SiGMA, and regional events)
Ensure all activities align with brand standards, positioning, and quality expectations
Support PR, social media, and content initiatives in line with global guidelines
Contribute to creative direction, brand positioning, and local market adaptation
Act as a bridge between LATAM and European headquarters to ensure strategic alignment
Requirements:
Based in Brazil with strong understanding of local and LATAM business culture
Proven experience in event management, experiential marketing, or similar
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives
Experience with budget planning and cost control
Strategic mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and quality standards
Experience in B2B environments (iGaming is a strong advantage)
Background in brand marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus
Fluent Portuguese & English required; Spanish is a plus (intermediate acceptable)

About the Role
We are hiring an experienced VIP Account Manager to join a fast-growing international iGaming business. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value players, driving revenue, retention, and long-term player value within the online casino space.
This is a hands-on, commercially driven position, suited to someone who can combine strong relationship management with a data-led approach to maximise player engagement and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value VIP players
Drive Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) and overall portfolio performance
Build and maintain strong relationships through high-touch communication (calls, WhatsApp, personalised outreach)
Identify and onboard high-potential players early in their lifecycle
Develop tailored bonus, reward, and engagement strategies based on player behaviour
Monitor player activity and proactively address churn risks
Reactivate lapsed VIP players through targeted campaigns and personalised engagement
Analyse player data, deposit trends, and performance metrics to optimise strategy
Manage bonus spend effectively, ensuring profitability and ROI
Produce regular reports on portfolio performance and player trends
Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Product, Payments, Marketing) to enhance the player experience
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in VIP Account Management within iGaming (casino)
Fluent in Finnish and English
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and player value
Experience managing high-value player relationships
Data-driven with the ability to analyse player behaviour and performance metrics
Strong understanding of retention, reactivation, and lifecycle management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
