A leading international brand in the luxury real estate sector is looking for a creative Marketing Officer to join its growing marketing team in Malta.
This role will suit someone who enjoys creating engaging digital content and wants to work with a premium brand promoting high-end properties to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the social media content calendar and create engaging posts aligned with the brand
Design and adapt visual content using Canva
Film and produce short-form video / reels showcasing properties for social media
Support email marketing campaigns and manage subscriber lists
Assist with marketing collateral, branded materials and website updates
Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing partners
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
Strong written and spoken English
Experience managing social media platforms and analytics
Proficiency with Canva and familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
Ability to create engaging short-form video content
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
Interest in the real estate or luxury sector is a plus.

About the role:
Our client is seeking a Sponsorships Manager - Regulated Markets (LATAM) to lead sponsorship partnerships across regulated markets in Latin America.
Based in Bogotá, the role will oversee sponsorship initiatives across Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Mexico, translating global sponsorship strategy into locally relevant, compliant and performance-driven partnerships that support brand growth and market expansion.
The position will work closely with Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Product, CRM and LATAM Country Management teams, ensuring sponsorships deliver commercial impact while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
What You Will Own:
Lead the sponsorship strategy across regulated LATAM markets, aligned with global brand and commercial objectives.
Identify, negotiate and manage sponsorship partnerships across sports clubs, leagues, creators, talent and media platforms.
Manage the full lifecycle of sponsorship deals, from sourcing and negotiation through activation, optimisation and renewals.
Define and track KPIs to measure sponsorship performance and ROI.
Ensure full compliance with local advertising, gambling and sponsorship regulations in partnership with Legal & Compliance.
Partner with Country Managers, Marketing, Product and CRM teams to integrate sponsorships into broader regional strategies.
Provide market insights and optimisation recommendations to continuously improve sponsorship performance.
What We Are Looking For:
5–8+ years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships or sports/commercial marketing.
Experience managing regional or multi-market sponsorship portfolios, ideally across LATAM.
Background in regulated industries such as gaming, betting, fintech or similar sectors.
Strong commercial capability including rights negotiation, deal structuring and partnership optimisation.
Proven ability to deliver performance-driven sponsorship initiatives with measurable ROI.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in international or matrix organisations.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Regional Expertise:
Strong understanding of LATAM markets, sponsorship ecosystems and consumer behaviour.
Ability to localise global brand initiatives for regional audiences.
Spanish fluency required.
Portuguese proficiency highly desirable, particularly for Brazil-related markets.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones and fast-paced environments.
Key Performance Metrics:
Deliver monthly portfolio performance reports across LATAM sponsorships.
Develop at least one sponsorship strategy per regulated market annually.
Achieve ?20% value optimisation through negotiations or added partnership assets.
Maintain zero compliance breaches across all sponsorship activities.
Deliver 100% post-event reports within 7 business days.
Support execution readiness for two or more major sponsorship activations.
