I am looking for a growth marketing manager for a large international i-gaming operator. The role is based in Ceuta in the office one day a week from home. You will be responsible for leading the optimization, conversion and organic growth of the digital business through user behavior analysis, journey improvement, and continuous experimentation using data-driven decision-making through marketing analytics.   What will you do Conversion Optimization (CRO) • Lead the conversion optimization strategy. • Identify opportunities for improvement throughout the funnel (registration, validation, first deposit, activation, and repeat purchases).   • Analyze user behavior to detect points of friction and churn. • Define and prioritize initiatives aimed at improving conversion, activation, engagement, and customer value.   Marketing Analytics • Functionally lead the areas marketing analytics. • Prioritize analyses aligned with business objectives. • Ensure the quality and consistency of dashboards and reporting. • Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for Marketing and Product.   Personalization and Customer Experience • Drive, together with CRM and Product, the personalization of the experience. • Identify advanced segmentation opportunities. • Improve the relevance of customer journeys and touchpoints. Benchmarking and Innovation • Analyze trends and best practices in CRO, UX, and Growth. • Conduct continuous competitor benchmarking. • Propose new optimization tools and methodologies.   This is a senior marketing role ideally suited to someone already in Ceuta looking fort a new role.
