Affiliate Marketing Specialist (iGaming / Online Gaming Sector) My client, a gaming company in the online betting and casino sector focused on delivering responsible and engaging player experiences across Latin America, is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, Brazil. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will manage and grow the affiliate channel across multiple markets, driving high-quality traffic and improving ROI. The role involves overseeing performance, optimizing results, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. Role Overview We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to take ownership of the affiliate acquisition channel and help drive scalable, high-quality traffic across multiple regions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing affiliate performance, optimizing ROI, and ensuring strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own and manage performance across the affiliate marketing channel Plan and manage monthly budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting by market (GEO), with a focus on ROI optimization Ensure affiliate promotional materials (campaigns, bonuses, tracking links, etc.) are always accurate and up to date Manage daily operations of the affiliate platform (e.g., tracking, partner setup, reporting integrity) Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across multiple regions Coordinate tracking implementation and testing with technical and BI teams Work with design teams to produce landing pages and marketing assets for affiliate partners Ensure affiliate activity aligns with broader acquisition, CRM, and retention strategies Analyze channel performance using attribution models and optimize accordingly Collaborate closely with BI, CRM, and Finance teams to align performance and growth objectives Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering traffic, conversions, deposits, and ROI by partner and region Support financial reconciliation processes including commissions, invoices, and payments in coordination with Finance Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming or online gambling industry Strong commercial mindset with a passion for performance marketing and partner management Experience working with reporting tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Nice to Have Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and agile environments Background in digital or performance marketing studies is a plus Experience with affiliate platforms such as MyAffiliates, NetRefer, Income Access, or similar Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in LATAM or other regulated markets Existing network of affiliate partners in gaming, betting, or fintech sectors is a plus Team members are expected to operate with a strong alignment to company values: Ownership & Accountability – Take responsibility and deliver results Reliability – Consistent quality and execution Collaboration – Work effectively across teams and challenge constructively Competitive Drive – Perform with ambition and determination Wellbeing – Maintain a healthy and sustainable work approach Curiosity & Innovation – Continuously learn and improve

Currently in stealth mode, targeting launch in Q3 2026 Founded by operators with experience across crypto/Web3 and consumer gaming Small remote-first team (<10 people) The role We’re looking for a Partnerships Associate to help grow our early acquisition channels through affiliate partnerships, KOLs, and strategic integrations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the founding team to help build and run partnerships from the ground up. You’ll support outreach, onboard partners, coordinate launches, and help shape the systems and processes as we scale. It’s a great opportunity for someone who already has some crypto/Web3 partnerships experience and wants more ownership in a fast-moving startup environment. What you’ll work on Affiliate & KOL partnerships Help manage and grow the affiliate and KOL program Support onboarding, tracking setup, and partner communications Assist with outreach to crypto creators, affiliates, and communities Help build partner resources and campaign materials Track partner performance and reporting Strategic integrations Research and identify potential partners across wallets, chains, communities, and Web3 products Support partnership discussions and coordination with internal teams Help manage launches and ongoing partner relationships Assist with joint campaigns and go-to-market activities Cross-functional support Help track KPIs such as partner-driven users and activity Work with marketing and product teams on partnership initiatives Support operational and compliance-related coordination where needed What we’re looking for Required Around 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, BD, or community growth At least 1 year of experience in crypto/Web3 Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, wallets, and online communities Comfortable with outreach and relationship building Strong written English and communication skills Self-starter who enjoys working in early-stage environments Nice to have Experience working with KOLs, affiliates, or creator partnerships Existing network in crypto Twitter, Telegram, or Discord Background in consumer crypto, GameFi, or on-chain products Additional languages are a plus Probably not the right fit if… You prefer highly structured environments and established processes You’re looking for a purely strategic role without execution work You’re completely new to crypto/Web3 Compensation & setup Competitive salary + performance bonus Fully remote and async-friendly Small, collaborative founding team
