Head of B2B Marketing Industry: iGaming Location: Remote (Global) We’re partnering with a growing international iGaming business to hire a Head of B2B Marketing to lead and evolve their commercial marketing function. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of marketing and revenue, focused on building pipeline, supporting deal conversion, and driving measurable commercial outcomes across global markets. The Opportunity This role goes beyond traditional marketing. You’ll work closely with Business Development to turn marketing into a true revenue driver, shaping how the business generates leads, positions its offering, and converts opportunities into long-term partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing Pipeline & Lead Generation Partner with BD to build and manage a high-quality pipeline of operators and partners Optimise the full funnel from lead generation through to deal conversion Define and track key commercial KPIs (leads, meetings, conversion rates) Events & Commercial Impact Own the strategy and execution of key industry events Drive pre-event outreach and meeting generation Support on-site execution alongside BD teams Ensure structured follow-up and measurable pipeline impact post-event Sales Enablement Develop and refine commercial materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies) Equip BD teams with the tools and messaging needed to close deals effectively Support localisation for key regions Product & Go-To-Market Shape clear, compelling value propositions for products and solutions Support launches with structured go-to-market strategies Ensure messaging resonates with target operators and partners Market Strategy & Positioning Support the development of market positioning and competitive differentiation Identify key opportunities across priority regions Translate insights into actionable commercial initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with commercial, product, and leadership teams Act as a strategic partner to BD on key opportunities and initiatives What We’re Looking For Strong experience in B2B marketing within iGaming Proven track record of supporting pipeline growth and revenue generation Solid understanding of the commercial lifecycle (lead ? deal) Experience working with operators, suppliers, or aggregators Hands-on involvement with major industry events Commercial mindset with a focus on results, not just brand Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Fluent English If you’re a senior iGaming professional ready to take ownership of a commercial marketing function and directly impact revenue in a growing global business, get in touch.

This is a high-impact role with full ownership of regional performance, marketing strategy, and brand growth, acting as the driving force behind expansion in Scandinavia. What you’ll do Own the overall strategy and performance for Sweden & Denmark Drive brand development and localisation (creative, tone of voice, campaigns) Lead multi-channel acquisition across ATL (TV, radio, sponsorships, PR) and digital (performance, affiliates, CRM) Own and manage substantial budgets, targets, and forecasts Build and manage relationships with media agencies and key external partners Analyse performance (ROI, CPA, LTV) and optimise for growth Ensure full compliance with local regulations across all activity Collaborate cross-functionally with central marketing, product, and operations teams Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in a senior commercial or marketing leadership role 3+ years within B2C iGaming, ideally focused on Sweden & Denmark Proven track record of launching and scaling brands in regulated markets Strong experience managing ATL and performance marketing channels Deep understanding of the Scandinavian media and regulatory landscape Experience leading and developing teams Native-level Swedish or Danish If you’re a senior iGaming professional ready to take full ownership of a key region within a high-growth business, get in touch.

Pentasia are supporting an international operator in their search for a FastTrack CRM Manager. In this role, you will serve as the global expert on the FastTrack CRM platform, leading its implementation, optimization, and adoption across markets. You will drive CRM strategy and execution by leveraging data and analytics to deliver personalized customer experiences and improve engagement and retention. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, maintain data integrity, and continuously enhance CRM processes in line with industry best practices.   Core Responsibilities • Serve as the subject matter expert for the FastTrack CRM platform • Lead the global implementation, optimization, and standardization of FastTrack • Train and support CRM teams on tools, processes, and best practices • Develop and execute CRM strategies for sports betting and casino operations • Use data and analytics to drive personalized customer engagement and retention • Extract, analyse, and report on CRM data to generate actionable insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support local market adaptation • Continuously improve CRM processes, tools, and strategies based on industry trends   Experience / Requirements • 3+ years experience in iGaming CRM / retention • Hands-on experience with FastTrack CRM • Strong understanding of:  - bonus mechanics  - wagering requirements  - player segmentation • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns:  - Email  - SMS  - push notifications  - onsite messaging • Strong analytical mindset   Nice to have • SQL or data analysis skills • Experience with sportsbook & casino products • Experience working with VIP programs     If you or someone in your network would be interested in the opportunity, please apply and reach out to me for more information! bryan.enriquez@pentasia.com
