This role is central to driving VIP engagement, retention, and lifetime value through highly personalised service, outbound engagement, and close collaboration with CRM and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for VIP players, delivering a premium, personalised service
Build long-term relationships to maximise retention, engagement, and player value
Manage VIP communications across phone, email, and chat
Execute outbound calls for player activation, reactivation, and retention

Requirements
Native-level German and fluent English (essential)
Proven experience in a VIP or high-value player role within online casino

What We're Looking For
Required
5+ years of experience within analytics, strategy, product analytics, gaming analytics or a related field.

Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience within Sweepstakes, Social Casino or iGaming.
