Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Lead the marketing data function and set a clear strategy aligned with commercial objectives.

Data Management & Analysis
Oversee the full marketing data stack with clear visibility from spend to revenue.

Reporting & Insights
Produce weekly and monthly KPI/ROI reports for senior leadership.

Requirements
Experience & Education
8–10 years’ experience in marketing analytics/BI with a track record leading marketing data functions.
Proven experience leading marketing data or analytics functions with commercial accountability.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong SQL and GA4 skills, with knowledge of modern marketing data integrations.
Leadership & Communication
Strong analytical storytelling skills, able to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
Commercially minded communicator confident working with executives and cross-functional teams.
