This is a strategic and hands-on  role with a clear mandate to: scale spend efficiently, build a rigorous measurement and optimisation framework, and grow a small in-house team over time. The role reports directly to CCO and carries end-to-end accountability for acquisition spend efficiency and channel performance, with a strategic mandate to optimize conversion and funnel performance and grow traffic. You will take full ownership of programmatic, Paid social and creator-led clipping campaigns across all channels. Experience of the Turkish market prefered. Actively test and innovate to ensure sustained campaign performance across digital channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Affiliates, Design and Content) to ensure the integration of marketing efforts. Leverage cross-departmental insights to achieve optimal campaign performance. Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Oversee the setup, tracking, and detailed performance analysis of all campaigns using Adservers and other tools. Continuously monitor KPIs, analyzing results against set targets, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
