About the Role
This role reports directly to the HQ Marketing Director and works closely with our Regional AM and global functions. It is designed for a hands-on senior marketer who wants ownership of a region without management overhead. You will personally drive paid media buying, influencer development, and campaign execution across the Latin American region. We are looking for someone who has done this work at scale before and is energized by execution.
Key Responsibilities
Personally manage promotional partnerships and content output across all regional channels (Paid Ads, Streamers, Telegram, Affiliates, etc.).
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, supporting AM and operator co-marketing activities.
Help maintain, expand, and deepen partnerships with existing major streamers in the Brazilian market.
Build local influencer and streamer networks from scratch across Spanish-speaking markets (Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, etc.).
Coordinate with local affiliate networks on marketing collaboration, planning affiliate-side promotional assets and campaigns.
Deliver weekly work progress reports.
Deliver monthly quantifiable performance reports (including market intelligence, competitor analysis, and emerging channel opportunities).
Requirements
5+ years of iGaming marketing experience, with a focus on Spanish-speaking Latam markets.
Native-level Spanish, fluent Portuguese and English for business communication.
Proven regional marketing experience with major Operators or Providers (operator-side preferred).
Hands-on experience building local influencer networks or executing GTM in new markets.
Willing to travel internationally as business needs require.
Required to complete a 2-4 week onboarding training at Taiwan HQ upon joining.

The Role
The Head of Acquisition will lead all new player growth initiatives across the business.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing acquisition strategy, managing media investment, scaling affiliate and partnership channels, and driving performance across multiple acquisition streams.
This role requires a commercially driven leader with deep performance marketing expertise and a strong track record in building scalable acquisition engines that balance growth, efficiency, and player quality.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Strategy & Performance
Own acquisition strategy, budget allocation, and growth targets across all channels
Scale player acquisition while maintaining efficiency, profitability, and player quality
Develop testing frameworks and long-term growth plans aligned with business objectives
Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance and ROI
Affiliate & Partnership Growth
Build and manage strategic relationships with affiliates, publishers, and partners
Expand affiliate contribution while maintaining strong commercial outcomes
Evaluate and negotiate partnerships to support sustainable growth
Monitor partner performance, traffic quality, and long-term player value
Channel Expansion & SEO
Diversify acquisition across paid media, partnerships, SEO, and emerging channels
Develop scalable programs that reduce reliance on single-channel performance
Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to improve conversion
Establish SEO as a meaningful contributor to long-term growth
Measurement & Optimisation
Partner with Analytics to evaluate acquisition quality, ROAS, retention, and LTV
Improve forecasting, attribution, and decision-making frameworks
Optimise spend allocation using data-led insights
Ensure focus remains on long-term value over short-term volume
Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing acquisition function
Manage agencies, external partners, and internal team growth
Establish scalable processes, reporting structures, and operating rhythms
Act as a key strategic partner to the General Manager and wider leadership team

Requirements
Essential
7+ years’ experience in acquisition, performance marketing, or growth leadership
Proven track record managing significant budgets and hitting performance targets
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and partnership-driven acquisition
Demonstrated success scaling customer acquisition programmes
Strong analytical mindset and commercial decision-making ability
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Desirable
Experience within iGaming (Online Casino, Sweepstakes, Sports Betting, Social Casino)
Experience scaling affiliate programmes and diversified acquisition portfolios
Exposure to paid social, programmatic, SEO, and emerging channels
Background in high-growth or venture-backed environments
Familiarity with attribution, analytics, and marketing measurement tools

You will own EU B2B and B2C marketing while also leading global affiliate marketing initiatives. We are looking for a hands-on, versatile marketer with solid experience across multiple iGaming marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute EU B2B / B2C marketing initiatives (operator co-marketing, brand exposure, KOL, social media, advertising, player activities, etc.).
Plan and execute global affiliate programs, including content, campaigns, and partner development.
Track TaDa game listings and visibility on affiliate sites.
Coordinate with EU AMs and BDs to drive operator marketing collaboration.
Contribute to creative direction, brand positioning, and local market adaptation.
Bridge the EU market with headquarters for strategic alignment.
Deliver weekly work progress reports.
Deliver monthly quantifiable performance reports (including market intelligence, competitor analysis, opportunity assessment, etc.).
Requirements
Fluent English.
