Role Summary A hands-on management role responsible for driving growth through affiliate, influencer, and streaming marketing channels within the iGaming sector. The role requires 2-3 years of proven iGaming experience, preferably with sweepstakes marketing exposure. The role is fully remote however, you need to be based in Europe! You need to be based in Georgia or able to relocate there. Key Responsibilities:  Lead the development and execution of the online casino strategy to meet business objectives. Oversee the selection, integration, and management of casino games, software providers, and platform features. Drive player engagement, retention, and acquisition through innovative promotions and offerings. Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and technical teams to ensure seamless operation and regulatory adherence. Monitor casino performance metrics, analyze user data, and implement enhancements for improved player experience.
