Country Manager – New Zealand Remote | Full-Time | iGaming A fast-growing international iGaming business is looking for an experienced Country Manager to take ownership of the New Zealand market and drive ambitious growth plans across the region. This is a commercially focused leadership role with responsibility for developing and executing local market strategy across brand, acquisition, CRM, affiliates, and digital marketing channels. You’ll work closely with global teams while acting as the key voice for the New Zealand market, ensuring campaigns are locally relevant, compliant, and performance-driven. Key responsibilities include: • Leading brand building and acquisition marketing strategy for New Zealand • Managing ATL and digital marketing channels including TV, radio, sponsorships, PR, affiliates, CRM, and paid media • Owning budgets, forecasts, campaign performance, and ROI analysis • Managing relationships with agencies, media partners, and third-party suppliers • Driving local brand positioning, tone of voice, and market-specific campaigns • Ensuring all activity complies with local gaming regulations What we’re looking for: ? 5+ years in a senior marketing or country management role ? Strong experience within B2C online gaming/iGaming ? Proven success launching and scaling brands in New Zealand ? Deep understanding of the NZ media and advertising landscape ? Hands-on experience managing significant marketing budgets and performance campaigns ? B2B Marketing Manager – LATAM About the Role: An international iGaming company is expanding its presence across Latin America, with a strong focus on regulated markets such as Brazil, Peru, and Colombia. We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager based in Brazil to support this growth, bringing strong local knowledge and a hands-on approach to marketing execution. This role will focus on building brand presence and driving commercial opportunities through event-led and relationship-driven initiatives. You will work closely with regional stakeholders and global teams, playing a key role in connecting the LATAM market with the company’s broader marketing strategy. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value players, driving revenue, retention, and long-term player value within the online casino space. This is a hands-on, commercially driven position, suited to someone who can combine strong relationship management with a data-led approach to maximise player engagement and profitability.
