Experience: 8+ years in gaming regulation, including 5+ years in a senior-leadership capacity, with significant experience in the Brazilian market. Qualification: Licensed lawyer in Brazil. Role Summary: Lead the company’s licensing and compliance function specifically for the Brazilian market. Own regulatory strategy, secure new licenses, protect existing approvals, and ensure audit-ready operations across all relevant jurisdictions within Brazil. Report directly to the executive team and act as primary liaison with Brazilian regulators, gaming laboratories, and industry bodies. Core Responsibilities: Set and execute licensing strategy for the Brazilian market; secure, renew, or expand all gaming licenses in Brazil. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 8–10 years in revenue leadership, sales management, or commercial roles within iGaming, sports betting, online gaming, or fintech. Mandatory: Demonstrated success growing P&L and proven track record of hitting ambitious revenue and margin targets specifically within the Brazilian market. Must have managed or led a project/product line generating at least USD 50 million in Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) annually. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of betting economics: odds compilation, margin setting, yield management. Strong financial acumen: P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI dashboards.
