My client are seeking a sharp, data-driven, and hands-on CRM Manager to take ownership of their player lifecycle strategy across the Sweepstakes vertical, with a laser focus on high-value players, US audience behavior, and ROI-positive retention tactics. You will work cross-functionally with product, design, data, and VIP teams to shape lifecycle journeys that retain, reactivate, and grows the most valuable user segments. The ideal candidate brings expertise with CRM automation tools like Optimove or similar, understands bonus management from a profitability standpoint, and thrives in a test-and-learn environment. What You'll Do Lifecycle & Retention Strategy Own and execute the end-to-end CRM calendar for the sweepstakes casinos. Create segmented player journeys focusing on high-value user activation, retention, and reactivation. Develop and maintain trigger-based and behaviour-led automations in Optimove. Player & Market Understanding Use data insights to personalize campaigns based on US sweepstakes player behavior and lifecycle stage. Build deep knowledge of sweepstakes players’ motivations and use it to shape promotions and communications. Bonus & Campaign Management Own bonus configuration and testing to ensure promotions are engaging but margin-conscious. Track bonus ROI, churn rates, and impact on re-engagement KPIs. Run A/B tests across offers, journeys, and creative assets. Automation & Tooling Drive CRM automation strategy, improving retention efficiency while reducing manual work. Optimize the use of Optimove, exploring new features and integrations with other marketing tech. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with VIP, product, and support teams to align CRM strategy with broader goals. Align promotional calendar with cross-functional campaigns, game launches, and market pushes. Who You Are 3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming or sweepstakes (social casino is a strong plus). Experience with Optimove (or similar platforms like FastTrack, Salesforce, Emarsys, etc.). Strong understanding of bonus mechanics and how to structure offers with positive ROI. Data-savvy: confident using segment builder, dashboards, and campaign analytics. Highly organized and methodical: you build scalable workflows and document your processes. Strong grasp of US player preferences and legal/compliance context for sweepstakes. Curious and proactive: you test, iterate, and always ask “why.”

Job Title: Responsible Gaming Analyst - iGaming & Betting Industry Location: São Paulo, Brazil Salary: 8,500 BRL per month Language Requirement: Portuguese & English Reports to: Head of Responsible Gaming About the Role: This position plays a crucial role in ensuring responsible gambling practices, helping to mitigate gambling-related harms while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The analyst will conduct behavioral risk assessments, interact with at-risk customers, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain responsible gaming standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-depth behavioral analysis to identify signs of gambling-related harm. Conduct phone calls with high-risk customers to discuss responsible gambling tools and offer support. Manage and escalate responsible gaming concerns from internal teams. Work closely with AML and Account Management teams to ensure proper customer due diligence. Operate within a shift-based schedule to provide 24/7 coverage. Assist with responsible gambling-related translations when required. Requirements: A minimum of 6 months in a compliance, risk analysis, or responsible gaming role. Prior experience in the iGaming sector, particularly in LATAM markets (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, etc.), is an advantage. Previous experience handling sensitive customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. Familiarity with working in a high-paced environment with confidential data. Senior Java Developer – Hybrid in Portugal A company in the online gaming industry is looking for a highly experienced Java Developer to join their backend team. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing complex backend systems that support a large-scale gaming platform. As a senior developer, you'll be a key technical contributor and mentor within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Main Responsibilities: Drive the design and development of robust, scalable backend systems for high-performance applications. Participate in architecture discussions and propose effective design solutions. Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth system integration and cohesive development processes. Manage integration of third-party services to extend backend functionality. Take full ownership of the backend development cycle, including deployments and server operations. Troubleshoot critical production issues to ensure uptime and reliability. Guide and mentor junior developers, supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Desired experience: At least 6 years of professional experience in Java, particularly in high-throughput environments.
