A fast-growing international B2C iGaming brand is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join its remote team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity and user experience of a proprietary platform in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with a distributed team to iterate on design concepts and user flows
- Apply AI tools and design software to produce high-impact visuals
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s creative direction
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience in the online gambling industry (casino, sports betting, sweepstakes, etc.)
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, and AI-based design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

The Senior Director of Finance leads all financial activity at two Racing & Gaming facilities, including accounting, financial analysis, cash operations, revenue audit, purchasing, and compliance. This role manages the timely preparation and analysis of financial results and establishes and maintains internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with gaming and other regulations. The role also supports capital management and provides financial decision support to property leadership.
Essential Duties & responsibilities:
Lead all financial activities including accounting, financial planning and analysis, revenue audit, and customer service operations.
Supervise and direct day-to-day operations of finance and operations teams.
Provide guidance, counseling, and training to team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Lead development of financial analytics and long-term forecasting.
Conduct monthly financial analysis and forecast updates.
Develop annual operating and capital plans.
Provide financial modeling for capital management, pricing, sponsorships, and vendor activities.
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and purchasing processes.
Implement and monitor controls over accounting, treasury, and cash processes.
Manage audits and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
