As a Telegram Community Manager, you will manage Telegram as an acquisition and CRM support channel. You will develop content, plan campaigns, moderate interactions, and support automated communication flows in alignment with CRM, social media and Paid Media strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a channel growth strategy with clear testing plans
• Launch acquisition initiatives in collaboration with CRM and Paid Media teams
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with key events, seasonal campaigns and product launches
• Build and maintain a structured content system including content pillars, templates, approval flows and posting schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Adapt CRM campaign messaging into Telegram-friendly formats
• Ensure consistency across email, push and in-app promotions
• Deliver Telegram campaign communications that complement CRM journeys such as reminders, weekly digests and promotional updates
• Own Telegram-specific automation including welcome messages and triggered nudges based on user behaviour.
• Build and maintain bot flows and automated sequences
• Configure triggers, segmentation and basic reporting
• Ensure integration with CRM tools such as SendPulse and tracking conventions
Required Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in social media, CRM or content marketing
• Strong understanding of Telegram tools including channels and bots
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced English level (B2+ or above)
Nice to Have:
• Experience with CRM lifecycle communications and retention flows
• Knowledge of digital funnels, user engagement and conversion journeys
• Experience with UTM tracking and basic funnel analytics
