What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct detailed gap analyses for products and features against new or amended regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.

Research and assess technical requirements to ensure business products remain compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
Create and maintain regulatory requirement matrices for all applicable jurisdictions, contributing to streamlined compliance processes.

Investigate and respond to compliance-related incidents, breaches, or complaints, implementing effective corrective actions.

Regularly communicate with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and certification authorities in the US and Canada to facilitate compliance audits and certifications.

Support internal audits conforming to ISO 27001 standards, including evidence collection and audit preparation.

Manage and perform audit compliance reviews, overseeing the GLI-33 – GLI-19 gaming certification program.

Oversee and guide the Change Management process, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to compliance standards.

Promote a security-conscious culture within the organization, emphasizing the importance of compliance and risk management.

Leverage industry expertise to provide strategic support to operators for market entry and ongoing operations.

Work closely with other business leads to integrate necessary regulatory checkpoints in their processes and procedures.

Diligently maintain and update compliance records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and current information.


Your skills and experience:

Solid understanding of the iGaming industry, including knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

At least 5+ years of combined product compliance and technical experience in the online gambling industry.

Familiarity with technical aspects of iGaming platforms, including gaming software, RNG, player verification, responsible gaming features and bonus campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical compliance solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage compliance processes and documentation.

Previous experience in iGaming and Sports Betting in the US and/or Canada is a plus.

Fluency in written and verbal English.
