You'll be responsible for delivering intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences across iOS and Android, while working closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend teams to improve user activation, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution from a WebView-centric architecture to fully native, high-performance React Native applications
- Design, build, and maintain premium mobile experiences across sports and gaming products
- Work closely with backend teams to develop scalable and reliable API integrations, including real-time data handling, caching strategies, and network resilience
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create polished user experiences featuring native interactions, animations, and gestures
- Own and manage the mobile release lifecycle through CodePush, TestFlight, and Google Play
- Monitor and optimize application performance using analytics and attribution platforms such as Firebase, GTM, and AppsFlyer
- Establish engineering best practices, testing frameworks, tooling standards, and development processes for the mobile team
- 4+ years of experience developing and shipping production mobile applications for both iOS and Android
- Expert-level React Native and TypeScript experience
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, navigation, and performance optimization
- Experience working with analytics, user attribution, experimentation frameworks, and push notification platforms
- Hands-on experience managing App Store Connect and Google Play Console
- Strong knowledge of mobile performance diagnostics, profiling, and troubleshooting issues such as memory leaks and bridge bottlenecks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences with a keen eye for design detail
- Strong communicator who can effectively challenge and influence product decisions when needed
- Experience within sports betting, gaming, iGaming, sweepstakes, fintech, or other real-time consumer products
- Exposure to onboarding, activation, retention, and lifecycle-focused product initiatives
- Knowledge of Swift and/or Kotlin

The Role
The Head of Acquisition will lead all new player growth initiatives across the business.

experienced Legal Director to lead litigation, IP enforcement, and compliance efforts.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of all US-based litigation, intellectual
property enforcement, and regulatory compliance. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep
expertise across disputes, IP protection, and gaming regulation.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams while managing
external counsel and enforcement partners.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
• Lead all US corporate legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and government
investigations
• Develop and execute litigation strategy, including evidence gathering and case management
• Manage and coordinate external counsel and support court proceedings
• Assess legal and reputational risks, providing clear and timely mitigation strategies
Intellectual Property Enforcement
• Monitor competitor activities to identify IP infringements, including game cloning, asset
misuse, and trademark violations
• Lead enforcement actions, including evidence collection and takedown submissions across

• Build and implement scalable IP enforcement processes to improve efficiency and success

Stakeholder Management
• Manage relationships with external law firms, IP enforcement agencies, and platform partners
• Optimize legal spend and vendor performance
• Act as a key legal partner to internal stakeholders across multiple functions
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification
• Active US Bar admission strongly preferred
• Minimum 10+ years’ legal experience, including:
o 5+ years handling US litigation and/or IP enforcement
o Prior experience within the gaming or iGaming industry (essential)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex legal matters
