As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition strategy and execution across a portfolio of high-growth accounts.
This is a senior-level, hands-on position with ownership of substantial media budgets, close collaboration with creative teams, and direct exposure to executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition performance, optimizing spend efficiency, and delivering against key commercial KPIs.

About the Role
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will oversee performance marketing initiatives across multiple client brands, managing multi-million-dollar monthly advertising budgets with a strong emphasis on Meta.
You will play a critical role in scaling customer acquisition, improving ROAS, and driving first-time depositor growth through sophisticated campaign management, testing frameworks, advanced tracking implementation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own acquisition performance across a portfolio of accounts, delivering against agreed ROAS, CPR, and first-time depositor (FTD) targets.
  • Establish performance goals with leadership and stakeholders, monitoring progress and implementing optimization strategies when required.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar monthly spend and allocate budgets strategically based on performance trends and growth opportunities.
  • Continuously improve campaign efficiency through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, placement optimization, and creative testing.
  • Develop and maintain structured A/B testing programs across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Partner closely with in-house creative teams to define testing roadmaps and ensure asset compliance with platform and regulatory guidelines.
  • Own tracking and attribution infrastructure, including Meta Conversions API, server-side tracking, and server-to-server integrations.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility from impression through deposit, incorporating cohort analysis and customer lifetime value insights.
  • Present performance results, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled and automation-first workflows across campaign management, reporting, and creative operations.
  • Stay ahead of platform, privacy, and attribution changes while identifying new acquisition opportunities across emerging channels.
Requirements

Essential Experience
  • Proven expertise managing and scaling Meta advertising campaigns at significant budget levels.
  • Minimum five years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or paid media.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar advertising budgets and delivering measurable acquisition outcomes.
  • Experience managing multiple brands, accounts, or acquisition programs simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of web and desktop acquisition, conversion optimization, landing page testing, and funnel performance.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Conversions API, server-side tracking implementations, and attribution troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience presenting campaign performance and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of building and scaling AI-enabled, automation-first marketing processes that improve efficiency, performance, and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience within iGaming, sweepstakes, sports betting, fintech, or other highly regulated, high-LTV industries.
  • Agency or client-facing performance marketing experience.
  • Additional expertise across TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, or DSP platforms.
  • Mobile app acquisition experience, including tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Experience developing AI-assisted marketing workflows and automated reporting systems.
Candidates without iGaming experience will still be considered if they have successfully scaled large Meta budgets within B2C e-commerce, subscription, fintech, or other performance-driven sectors.

What's on Offer
  • Senior-level ownership with significant influence over acquisition strategy and performance outcomes.
  • Competitive base salary with performance-driven bonus potential.
  • Direct collaboration with executive leadership and experienced creative teams.
  • Opportunity to join a high-growth business operating within an exciting and expanding sector.
  • Clear progression path into broader performance marketing leadership responsibilities.
