Role Overview:
The Product Manager – Marketing will oversee bonuses, promotions, and third-party marketing integrations, driving strategy and execution to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage product features and development in line with the strategic roadmap.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to optimize products.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives across teams to ensure effective implementation.
  • Regularly communicate and update the product roadmap to stakeholders.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in product management, segmentation, loyalty programs, and promotions.
  • Background in B2B or B2C gaming industries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of customer engagement tools and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
