A major B2B iGaming provider are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Crash Games) to lead the vision and development of thier Crash Game product line. In this role, you will drive product strategy, oversee the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and commercially successful Arcade experiences. Acting as the internal champion for Crash Games, you’ll combine market insights, data, and creativity to deliver products that captivate players and drive revenue growth.

- Lead the end-to-end development of Arcade products across mobile, desktop, and new platforms.
- Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Translate product vision into requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
- Collaborate with Designers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Use market insights and player data to inform product direction and feature prioritization.
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate to improve player engagement and retention.
- Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management on launches and promotions.
- Conduct competitive research to identify differentiation opportunities in the Arcade space.
- Innovate with new game mechanics, features, and monetization models tailored to Arcade audiences.
- Oversee production cycles by setting objectives, removing blockers, and mitigating risks.
Desired Experience
- 6+ years as a Product Manager/Owner in gaming, mobile, or interactive entertainment.
- Strong knowledge of Arcade game mechanics, player behavior, and monetization models.
- Experience in game design or close collaboration with creative teams.
- Proven success in launching engaging, revenue-generating products in competitive markets.
- Skilled in data analysis and strategy development.
- Experienced working with Agile teams, balancing business priorities with technical constraints.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
