Paid Media Manager – Sportsbook & Casino - Meta experience required
Hybrid, 3 days/week in London
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to drive user growth and maximise ROAS across African markets. You’ll plan, buy, optimise, and report on campaigns in paid social, PPC, programmatic, display, and ad networks – with the freedom to test new ideas and channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Own digital media buying across paid social, PPC, programmatic & ad networks.
- Manage direct display partnerships.
- Analyse KPIs, optimise for revenue & ROAS.
- Manage budgets for efficiency & impact.
- Collaborate with agencies & local marketing teams.
- Keep an eye out for new growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years in performance marketing / paid acquisition (agency-side a plus).
- Hands-on paid social buying experience (PPC & programmatic desirable).
- Strong grasp of Google, Meta, DSPs.
- Analytical, commercial, and ROI-driven mindset.
- Creative, proactive, and a team player.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in sports betting/gaming.
- Passion for sports, especially football.
- Portuguese and/or French fluency.
