About the Role:
This position offers a unique opportunity for a legal professional to play a key role in a dynamic and fast-paced online gaming environment. The role involves close collaboration with regulatory authorities, business stakeholders, and legal representatives across multiple international jurisdictions. The successful candidate will oversee legal and compliance functions related to licensing, corporate governance, risk management, and contractual matters, ensuring the business operates within legal frameworks while supporting strategic growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of legal agreements tied to online gaming operations, including commercial contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local and international gaming laws, licensing requirements, and AML/KYC obligations.
- Prepare and maintain essential corporate and regulatory documentation such as license applications, shareholder records, UBO declarations, and AML procedures.
- Liaise with legal authorities, auditors, and regulatory agencies in jurisdictions like Curacao, Anjouan, Costa Rica, and Malta.
- Provide internal legal support to management and teams on matters related to operations, marketing initiatives, and affiliate partnerships within the iGaming sector.
- Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments affecting the industry, particularly around gaming laws, GDPR, and financial compliance.
- Assist with corporate structuring, compliance monitoring, and overall risk management strategies.
- Draft internal legal policies, manage formal legal correspondence, and ensure all agreements are compliant and aligned with company objectives.
Desired experience:
- Qualified legal professional with a background in online gaming or a comparable regulated sector.
- Proven understanding of gaming legislation, licensing processes, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with GDPR and strong knowledge of AML/KYC procedures.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Malta, Curacao, Costa Rica, or Anjouan.
- Strong interpersonal and advisory skills, with the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
- Previous exposure to corporate governance, risk mitigation, and internal compliance frameworks is advantageous, though not strictly required.

This is a key opportunity for an experienced VIP Manager to take ownership of the VIP function for a fast-moving online casino brand rooted in Brazil. The role focuses on designing a high-impact VIP program tailored to local players, building personal relationships with high-value users, and driving loyalty, retention, and revenue. The position is fully remote, ideally suited for candidates based in Brazil, and offers the chance to work in a nimble, non-corporate environment with plenty of autonomy.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement a VIP program specifically for the Brazilian market, including player segmentation and targeting strategies for high-value and emerging VIPs.
Develop and execute personalized promotions, experiences, and loyalty rewards to retain and engage top-tier players.
Serve as the primary contact for VIP customers via WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone, delivering a concierge-level service.
Monitor player behavior to identify churn risks and proactively re-engage inactive or at-risk VIPs.
Work closely with internal departments—marketing, payments, support, and operations—to deliver a seamless VIP experience.
