About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Head of Operations to lead and scale our iGaming operations in Brazil. Based in Recife with a hybrid working model, this role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing promotional performance, and ensuring seamless coordination across commercial, marketing, and product teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong iGaming industry knowledge, hands-on leadership experience, and a data-driven mindset to support sustainable growth in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day operational activities across the iGaming business in Brazil
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and performance
- Manage and evaluate promotional campaigns, bonuses, and player incentives to maximize retention and revenue
- Monitor KPIs, player behavior, and operational metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, Compliance, and Customer Support teams
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for senior management
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations and support teams
- Support market expansion and localization strategies for the Brazilian audience
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Head of Operations or senior operational leadership role
- Strong understanding of promotions, bonuses, CRM campaigns, and player lifecycle management
- Highly analytical profile with proven experience using data to drive decisions
- Solid knowledge of operational KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization
- Experience working in regulated gaming environments is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English is preferred

This position plays a critical role in driving the retail network’s growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring strong field performance. Regional Commercial Strategy
