Head of Latin America – Gaming Content (Remote Position)
Location: Anywhere in Latin America. Candidates from key regulated markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, or Peru are especially encouraged to apply.

In this company’s fast-growing B2B gaming content division, the Head of LatAm will be responsible for building and leading the commercial success of the brand across Latin America. The product suite includes Live Casino, RNG slots, Virtual Sports, and other high-performance gaming solutions used by millions of players monthly.

Main Responsibilities:


Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:
Design and implement a region-wide commercial plan aimed at expanding market share and increasing revenues in regulated LatAm markets.

Partner Acquisition & Management:
Identify and onboard new operators and aggregators, while growing partnerships with existing clients by enhancing portfolio visibility and performance.

Team Leadership:
Build and lead a regional commercial team, including sales and account management. Collaborate with global support teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Brand Development:
Work closely with marketing to increase B2C awareness and establish the company as a leading brand in Latin America. Represent the company at key industry events.

Product Localization:
Act as a conduit between the LatAm market and internal product teams to tailor games and features based on local player insights and market demands.

Desired Experience:

  • At least 5 years in senior-level roles such as Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Management in the B2B iGaming sector.
  • Strong background in Latin American markets with a history of successful deal-making and growth initiatives.
  • An extensive network of senior contacts within online casino operators and aggregators in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and other major jurisdictions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive regional business development.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across Latin America and attend global industry events and internal strategy meetings (including travel to Europe 2–3 times per year).
  • Full professional proficiency in English, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.

About the Role: This position offers a unique opportunity for a legal professional to play a key role in a dynamic and fast-paced online gaming environment. The role involves close collaboration with regulatory authorities, business stakeholders, and legal representatives across multiple international jurisdictions. The successful candidate will oversee legal and compliance functions related to licensing, corporate governance, risk management, and contractual matters, ensuring the business operates within legal frameworks while supporting strategic growth. Main Responsibilities: Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of legal agreements tied to online gaming operations, including commercial contracts and strategic partnerships. Ensure ongoing compliance with local and international gaming laws, licensing requirements, and AML/KYC obligations. Prepare and maintain essential corporate and regulatory documentation such as license applications, shareholder records, UBO declarations, and AML procedures. Liaise with legal authorities, auditors, and regulatory agencies in jurisdictions like Curacao, Anjouan, Costa Rica, and Malta. Provide internal legal support to management and teams on matters related to operations, marketing initiatives, and affiliate partnerships within the iGaming sector.
