We’re partnering with a growing international iGaming business to hire a Head of B2B Marketing to lead and evolve their commercial marketing function.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of marketing and revenue, focused on building pipeline, supporting deal conversion, and driving measurable commercial outcomes across global markets.
The Opportunity
This role goes beyond traditional marketing.
You’ll work closely with Business Development to turn marketing into a true revenue driver, shaping how the business generates leads, positions its offering, and converts opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing
Pipeline & Lead Generation
- Partner with BD to build and manage a high-quality pipeline of operators and partners
- Optimise the full funnel from lead generation through to deal conversion
- Define and track key commercial KPIs (leads, meetings, conversion rates)
Events & Commercial Impact
- Own the strategy and execution of key industry events
- Drive pre-event outreach and meeting generation
- Support on-site execution alongside BD teams
- Ensure structured follow-up and measurable pipeline impact post-event
Sales Enablement
- Develop and refine commercial materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies)
- Equip BD teams with the tools and messaging needed to close deals effectively
- Support localisation for key regions
Product & Go-To-Market
- Shape clear, compelling value propositions for products and solutions
- Support launches with structured go-to-market strategies
- Ensure messaging resonates with target operators and partners
Market Strategy & Positioning
- Support the development of market positioning and competitive differentiation
- Identify key opportunities across priority regions
- Translate insights into actionable commercial initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial, product, and leadership teams
- Act as a strategic partner to BD on key opportunities and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in B2B marketing within iGaming
- Proven track record of supporting pipeline growth and revenue generation
- Solid understanding of the commercial lifecycle (lead ? deal)
- Experience working with operators, suppliers, or aggregators
- Hands-on involvement with major industry events
- Commercial mindset with a focus on results, not just brand
- Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluent English
