Our client, a leading organization within the digital gaming and entertainment sector, is seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to support financial planning, procurement oversight, budgeting, and executive reporting across a growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to expand their analytical impact while working closely with Accounting, department leaders, and senior stakeholders in a dynamic industry. 

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to financial structure, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Experience within the iGaming/Sportsbook/Lottery ecosystem is a must. 

Responsibilities 
  • Manage the end-to-end purchase order (PO) and check request workflow, ensuring proper coding, documentation, and approval routing. 
  • Prepare variance analyses, maintain budget trackers, monitor spend trends, and support forecast updates. 
  • Assist in preparing financial reporting materials for senior leadership, including summaries, dashboards, and executive presentations. 
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate GL coding, support reclasses and contribute to month-end close activities. 
  • Strengthen internal controls, support SOP development, and identify process automation opportunities. 
  • Contribute to financial dashboard creation and reporting tools that improve organizational visibility. 
Qualifications 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, or operational analysis. 
  • Experience in iGaming, Sportsbook, Lottery industries. 
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial systems (Oracle, NetSuite, etc.). 
  • Experience with procurement or PO workflows is a plus. 
  • Ability to produce executive-ready reporting and presentations. 
  • Experience with Smartsheet and/or presentation software preferred.

Position Summary The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, and analysis to support organizational efficiency and strategic growth. This role manages financial reporting, internal controls, accounting operations, and compliance while partnering closely with executive leadership. The Finance Manager plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, streamlining processes, and providing insights that support the company’s long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in alignment with regulatory audit requirements. Present financial results and insights to executive leadership. Accounting Oversight Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial close processes. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
