About the role

Pentasia are supporting a globally recognised iGaming organisation in their search for a CRM Specialist. In this role, you will execute CRM campaigns across multiple European markets, managing automated lifecycle journeys to improve customer engagement, retention, and player value. The role involves using data and technology to optimise campaigns, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver targeted promotions, loyalty initiatives, and multi-channel communications.

 



Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of key activities that contribute to their competitive advantage, including:

  • Executing lifecycle and promotional CRM campaigns across multiple European markets

  • Managing automated lifecycle flows, ensuring onboarding, engagement, and reactivation campaigns are continuously optimised, tested, and reported on to maximise performance metrics

  • Managing loyalty programmes to drive retention and increase player value

  • Planning and executing large seasonal campaigns used across both acquisition and retention channels

  • Managing communication channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging

  • Coordinating campaign content creation with creative teams

 


What you’ll bring

Desirable skills

It would be beneficial if you also have experience in:

  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations

  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Journey Builder etc.)

  • Experience with Excel

In this role, you will manage and support a team of two CRM Executives, working across three verticals - Casino, Live Casino, and Sports - and three different brands in a rapidly growing market. As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CRM team, ensuring all activities align with our brand vision and strategic goals.
