Pentasia are supporting a rapidly growing B2B Provider in their search for a Casino Executive. The successful candidate will manage daily casino game releases and optimisation, coordinate promotions and roadmaps, and use performance and market insights to improve game positioning across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities & tasks :
- Execute daily game releases: set up new games, perform testing, and ensure correct placement within the relevant categories.
- Continuously update game ordering and positioning across all managed casinos, based on performance and product guidelines.
- Assist in building monthly roadmaps by providing operational input, game suggestions, and promotional ideas.
- Track and follow up on roadmap execution with clients: game launches, promotions, tournaments, and ensure timelines are respected.
- Monitor competitors and market trends daily (new games, top performers, promotions) and actively share actionable insights with the product team.
Experience required :
- 1+ years of experience in online casino department
- Strong understanding of casino game types, games mechanics, features, and player incentives.
- Strong interest in casino products (slots, crash games, table games, live casino)
- Experience with casino platforms and CMS tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (CRM, Risk, Product).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on and analytical approach.
- Experience in African markets or emerging markets (Latam, Asia)

Title: Senior Affiliate Manager

A successful candidate will drive affiliate channel growth by acquiring and nurturing high-performing partners, optimising and scaling existing relationships through data-driven strategies and innovative commercial models, improving underperforming affiliates, managing campaigns, budgets, and CRM systems, and consistently delivering against KPIs while staying ahead of market trends and leveraging strong analytical, technical, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and build strong relationships with new affiliates
Managing a portfolio of existing affiliates with a focus on performance optimisation
Continuously develop existing affiliate deals through innovation and new commercial structures
Work closely with low-performing affiliates to improve results and support key partners to further scale acquisition
Suggest and implement growth initiatives across affiliate channels
Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, regulations, and market changes
Ensure KPIs, traffic, and revenue targets are met or exceeded
Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates to maximise long-term partnerships
Manage multiple affiliate accounts while analysing data to drive continuous performance improvement
Manage affiliate platform CRM, commission structures, and budget allocation
Experience / Requirements:
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on new customer growth
Demonstrated success managing and executing multi-channel affiliate campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with Income Access, GA4, Ahrefs, Microsoft Business Suite, and Jira is a plus
Preferred skills:
Experience with HTML and CSS for landing pages and promotional materials
Strong understanding of pre-regulated market dynamics
Minimum 3 years’ experience in affiliate marketing with a successful track record in managing and optimising affiliate portfolio’s

The successful candidate will plan, deliver, and optimise Danish-language CRM campaigns across email and SMS to drive customer engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value, while analysing performance and collaborating with marketing and acquisition teams to deliver targeted, data-driven communications that support commercial growth.
Role and Responsibilities
Coordinate all Danish-language customer communications and content across the customer lifecycle
Develop and recommend campaign strategies, formats, and delivery plans to improve engagement and profitability
Support retention initiatives to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn in the Danish market
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to plan promotional activity and campaign timing
Work closely with acquisition teams to align growth and retention strategies and support expansion into new markets
Source and develop relevant content for customer communications

Work Experience and Skills

Planning and implementing CRM marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications
Set up, test, and launch campaigns using CRM tools
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and adhere to brand guidelines
