In this role, you will manage and support a team of two CRM Executives, working across three verticals - Casino, Live Casino, and Sports - and three different brands in a rapidly growing market. As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CRM team, ensuring all activities align with our brand vision and strategic goals. You will work closely with the VIP Manager, Senior CRM Manager, and Country Manager to deliver high-performing campaigns and promotions that drive customer activity, retention, and loyalty.
