Pentasia are supporting an international operator in their search for a FastTrack CRM ManagerIn this role, you will serve as the global expert on the FastTrack CRM platform, leading its implementation, optimization, and adoption across markets. You will drive CRM strategy and execution by leveraging data and analytics to deliver personalized customer experiences and improve engagement and retention. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, maintain data integrity, and continuously enhance CRM processes in line with industry best practices.
 



Core Responsibilities
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the FastTrack CRM platform
• Lead the global implementation, optimization, and standardization of FastTrack
• Train and support CRM teams on tools, processes, and best practices
• Develop and execute CRM strategies for sports betting and casino operations
• Use data and analytics to drive personalized customer engagement and
retention
• Extract, analyse, and report on CRM data to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support local market adaptation
• Continuously improve CRM processes, tools, and strategies based on industry
trends

 



Experience / Requirements
• 3+ years experience in iGaming CRM / retention
• Hands-on experience with FastTrack CRM
• Strong understanding of:
 - bonus mechanics
 - wagering requirements
 - player segmentation
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns:
 - Email
 - SMS
 - push notifications
 - onsite messaging
• Strong analytical mindset

 



Nice to have
• SQL or data analysis skills
• Experience with sportsbook & casino products
• Experience working with VIP programs

Pentasia are supporting an iGaming operator in their search for a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to lead and own their CRM strategy in the Danish market. In this role, you will manage and support a team of two CRM Executives, working across three verticals - Casino, Live Casino, and Sports - and three different brands in a rapidly growing market. As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CRM team, ensuring all activities align with our brand vision and strategic goals. You will work closely with the VIP Manager, Senior CRM Manager, and Country Manager to deliver high-performing campaigns and promotions that drive customer activity, retention, and loyalty.
