This role will be about setting up, launching and managing operations for a new locally regulated brand in the Mexican market.

You will liaise directly with all parts of the organisation, as well as external legal and regulatory bodies. You will be responsible for the P&L, team management, and product decisions we take into the market, as well as the marketing strategy for launching and establishing the brand.

The responsibilities include leading and coordinating all resources supporting Mexico directly and indirectly, as well as managing the local team and partners and working closely with the headquarters in order to successfully carry out the strategy.

An ideal profile:

  • At least five years in a comparable role within the iGaming sector.

  • In-depth understanding of the gaming landscape, with particular insight into the Mexican market.

  • Demonstrated experience managing profit and loss statements and leading teams effectively.

  • Skilled in budget planning, forecasting, and execution.

  • Comfortable operating within a global environment, collaborating across various locations and functions.

  • Familiarity with key marketing channels, including social media, programmatic advertising, media buying, and affiliate marketing – having connections within the Mexican market is a plus.

  • Customer-focused, action-oriented, and committed to driving growth, with strong business acumen.

  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and analytical abilities, coupled with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Owning the market P&L, setting and achieving financial targets, and providing regular performance reports.

  • Driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies with a revenue-focused approach.

  • Staying informed about market dynamics, including competitive pressures and regulatory changes.

  • Conducting market research and creating strategic plans for market entry, budgeting, and growth.

  • Collaborating closely with central marketing and affiliate teams to deliver high-quality, relevant content to partners, maximizing mutual success.

  • Overseeing accurate and timely translations for all customer-facing materials, including websites, newsletters, and campaigns.

  • Managing direct reports, like Content Coordinators, and working closely with internal departments such as creative, CRM, and affiliate teams to ensure smooth operations
