Country Manager for Easygo's and Stake Gambling Operations in Brazil

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as Country Manager for Brazil. This role will be pivotal in driving growth and operational excellence in the Brazilian market while ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary representative of the business in Brazil, managing local operations, building our brand presence, and ensuring seamless collaboration with global teams, many of which are based in Australia & LatAm. Comfort in balancing multiple stakeholders, time zones, and priorities will be essential.
Responsibilities:
? Market Leadership: Act as the company’s senior representative in Brazil, responsible for overseeing all operations in the country.
? Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for regulators, business partners, affiliates, and community stakeholders in Brazil, while coordinating effectively with Australia-based teams across operations, compliance, marketing, and product.
? Marketing & Brand Growth: Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop and execute local campaigns, manage local affiliates, and strengthen brand visibility in the Brazilian market.
? Product Localization: Partner with product and provider teams to adapt and optimize offerings for Brazilian players, ensuring cultural relevance and regulatory compliance.
? Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with affiliates, agencies, and business partners to maximize market performance.
? Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all local activities align with Brazilian laws and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on responsible gaming practices.
? Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, emerging trends, and regulatory developments to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
? Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with global leadership and functional teams (particularly in Australia & LatAm) to ensure local initiatives are aligned with company-wide goals and priorities.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in online gambling operations in Brazil.
? Strong knowledge of the Brazilian regulatory landscape and consumer market.
? Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across geographies and time zones.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive measurable results.
? Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Education and Experience:
? Minimum 5 years of experience in online gambling operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
? Previous experience in market entry, growth strategy, or regulatory engagement is highly desirable.
? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
? Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

The Role

What We’re Looking For
A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
4+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar position.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, with proven ability to create and manage dashboards.
Hands-on SQL experience, including writing advanced queries and optimizing performance.
Solid understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and business case development.
Skilled at data visualization and storytelling, able to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
A proactive mindset, independence, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or comparable platforms.
Strong Spanish communication skills.
Previous background in the iGaming sector.
