Business Development Manager – North America 

iGaming Testing, Certification & Regulatory Compliance 

Location: Fully Remote (USA) 

A leading iGaming testing, certification and compliance provider is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow its North American footprint. 

This role is focused on selling regulatory?driven services to licensed iGaming operators and suppliers across US?regulated markets. The company supports market entry, certification, security assessments and ongoing compliance obligations for online casino and sportsbook platforms. 

The Role: 

You will own new business development across the US, selling mandatory and recurring compliance services, including: 

  • Game certification (RNG, RTP, fairness testing) 

  • Platform and system testing (RGS, PAM, integrations) 

  • Cybersecurity services (penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, ISMS audits) 

  • Jurisdiction?specific regulatory audits and ongoing compliance support 

This is a full?cycle B2B sales role, working closely with compliance, technical, and security stakeholders at operators, studios and platform providers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and win new operator and supplier clients in regulated US iGaming markets 

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to signed engagement 

  • Expand existing accounts through new jurisdictions, new game launches and re?certification work 

  • Work closely with internal testing and audit teams to scope and price engagements accurately 

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide clear commercial forecasting 

  • Represent the business at relevant US iGaming events and industry forums 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in iGaming, online casino or sportsbook B2B sales 

  • Proven success selling into regulated markets 

  • Comfortable selling technical or compliance?led services rather than pure SaaS 

  • Strong understanding of how certification, audits and regulatory deadlines impact operators 

  • Existing relationships with operators, studios, platforms or compliance teams highly desirable
