Acquisition Manager – iGaming Casino
Location: St. Julian’s, Malta or Remote
 


About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Acquisition Manager (Affiliate) to join a fast-growing international iGaming business. This role is responsible for managing, optimising, and scaling the affiliate programme to drive player acquisition and revenue growth within the online casino vertical.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused position, suited to someone who already has an active network of affiliate partners and can generate results from the outset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate programme across multiple markets
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key and VIP affiliate partners
  • Leverage an existing affiliate network to drive traffic and acquisition performance
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners
  • Optimise CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals to maximise ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure accurate tracking across platforms
  • Analyse data and produce regular performance reports
  • Manage affiliate budgets and support acquisition forecasting
  • Ensure affiliate compliance with brand guidelines and Terms & Conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Product, Marketing) to align campaigns and promotions
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Proven experience in iGaming (casino) within an affiliate or acquisition role
  • An established and active network of affiliate partners
  • Strong understanding of key international markets (Europe preferred)
  • Experience managing CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Income Access, MyAffiliates, or similar
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Role purpose The SEO Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all SEO initiatives. This includes developing strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic, as well as managing SEO projects end-to-end.
