Business Development Manager – North America
iGaming Testing, Certification & Regulatory Compliance
Location: Fully Remote (USA)
A leading iGaming testing, certification and compliance provider is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow its North American footprint.
This role is focused on selling regulatory?driven services to licensed iGaming operators and suppliers across US?regulated markets. The company supports market entry, certification, security assessments and ongoing compliance obligations for online casino and sportsbook platforms.
The Role:
You will own new business development across the US, selling mandatory and recurring compliance services, including:
Game certification (RNG, RTP, fairness testing)
Platform and system testing (RGS, PAM, integrations)
Cybersecurity services (penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, ISMS audits)
Jurisdiction?specific regulatory audits and ongoing compliance support
This is a full?cycle B2B sales role, working closely with compliance, technical, and security stakeholders at operators, studios and platform providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and win new operator and supplier clients in regulated US iGaming markets
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to signed engagement
Expand existing accounts through new jurisdictions, new game launches and re?certification work
Work closely with internal testing and audit teams to scope and price engagements accurately
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide clear commercial forecasting
Represent the business at relevant US iGaming events and industry forums
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in iGaming, online casino or sportsbook B2B sales
Proven success selling into regulated markets
Comfortable selling technical or compliance?led services rather than pure SaaS
Strong understanding of how certification, audits and regulatory deadlines impact operators
Existing relationships with operators, studios, platforms or compliance teams highly desirable

A well established iGaming company is looking to hire an experienced Regulatory Compliance professional.
This role can be worked remotely with quarterly trips to Limassol.
As Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance matters across one or more licensed jurisdictions. As an ideal candidate you are a proactive self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision and taking ownership of assigned licences and regulatory relationships. This role includes ensuring adherence to applicable gambling regulations, conducting internal audits, preparing reports for regulators, and supporting operational teams.
Responsibilities include:
Lead regulatory compliance efforts for assigned jurisdictions (e.g., UKGC, MGA, SGA, DGA, DGOJ, GGL, AGCO, LOTBA, Brazil, Peru, etc.)
Ensure the company’s policies, procedures, and systems comply with local regulatory requirements
Manage communication with regulatory authorities, including licence applications, renewals, notifications, and complaints
Oversee periodic and ad-hoc reporting to regulators
Conduct and document internal audits and compliance reviews
Provide compliance guidance to internal departments (Marketing, Payments, Product, Operations, etc.)
Monitor new and updated regulations, identifying potential impacts and required changes
Coordinate with external advisors or consultants where necessary
Maintain internal documentation and evidence for audit readiness
Serve as the final editor and approver for high-level customer complaints and regulatory complaint submissions
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the online gambling industry
Ideally a bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as law, finance, risk management, or a similar discipline
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
Excellent communication skills - strong presenting and report writing skills. Ability to exercise initiative, discretion, and judgement.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience dealing directly with regulators is a strong advantage
High-level of attention to detail, strong organisational and analytical skills
High ethical standards, methodical and diligent whilst keeping in mind the values and objectives of the organisation

I’m partnering with an early-stage, well-funded tech company in the online gaming / real-time transactions space that is building a greenfield platform from the ground up, and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.NET) to join the core engineering team.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex distributed systems challenges and wants real ownership over what they build.
? What you’d be working on:
• Designing and building high-performance backend services in C# / .NET
• Developing scalable APIs and event-driven microservices
• Working with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, SignalR, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS
• Building real-time, high-throughput transactional systems
• Contributing to architecture, CI/CD, testing standards, and production reliability
• Collaborating in a small, high-calibre engineering team where impact is immediate
