The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Acquisition Marketing Executive to scale and optimise our customer acquisition ecosystem. You will take ownership of key acquisition channels - paid media, affiliates, streamers, creators, influencers, and performance partnerships, with a focus on traffic quality, FTD growth, CPA efficiency, and long-term value. Working closely with the Head of Acquisition, you’ll help drive strategy, execution, and measurable growth in a highly performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition & Growth
Manage and optimise paid media, affiliates, programmatic, creators, and influencer channels.
Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners (agencies, affiliates, publishers, creators).
Test and scale new channels, creatives, geographies, and partner models.
Optimise budgets, bids, and payout structures to maximise ROI and player quality.
Monitor competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
Performance & Analysis
Own acquisition reporting and performance dashboards.
Analyse FTDs, CPA, LTV, ROAS, retention, and incremental uplift.
Conduct deep-dive reviews and recommend corrective or scaling actions.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance insights with clear recommendations.
Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage affiliate, creator, and media partner relationships.
Oversee commercial terms, incentives, tracking, and compliance.
Collaborate with BI, CRM, creative, and product marketing to optimise attribution, onboarding, and messaging.
Testing & Optimisation
Lead structured experimentation across creatives, offers, audiences, and geographies.
Translate insights into scalable growth opportunities.
Stay ahead of trends across crypto, Web3, esports, and creator ecosystems.
Required Experience:
2+ years in acquisition or performance marketing (iGaming, crypto, fintech, or similar performance-led environments preferred).
Strong understanding of paid media, affiliate marketing, and creator partnerships.
Proven ability to scale measurable acquisition channels.
Advanced analytical skills; confident using Excel/Sheets and performance dashboards (SQL/GA/Looker/Tableau a plus).
Commercially strong, with experience negotiating partner terms.

As a dominant player in the igaming space, this company is seeking a very smart, ambitious, and self-starting sales professional. The person in this role will be crucial in helping the company grow and develop further the igaming clients .
Based anywhere in Asia you will interact with senior level executives within the sector including iGaming operators, both casino and sports book operators. You will be promoting a market leading platform/ solution, and thus you will need to fully understand your clients strategic sales/marketing initiatives and business challenges. You will need to build genuine and effective customer relationships.
To be considered for the role you must have solid senior business development /senior account management experience - and a proven track record in managing and developing significant accounts (ideally partnerships) within the iGaming sector.

About the role:
This position is focused on driving growth through strategic affiliate partnerships within the online casino and sportsbook verticals. The Affiliate Manager will play a key role in expanding market reach, increasing player acquisition, and optimizing revenue streams, particularly in a crypto-driven environment. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to build long-term, profitable relationships with partners across international markets.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a structured affiliate strategy aligned with the company’s expansion objectives
Source, recruit, onboard, and activate high-quality affiliates in casino and sportsbook segments
Manage ongoing relationships with partners to maximize performance and retention
Negotiate and optimize commission structures including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements
Monitor and analyze KPIs such as FTDs, NGR, ROI, retention rates, and traffic quality
Identify suspicious activity, prevent fraud, and minimize bonus abuse
Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to align campaigns and promotions
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay informed about affiliate market trends
Attend relevant industry conferences and networking events to expand partnerships
Desired experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably within the iGaming sector
Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency payment systems and blockchain-based transactions
Solid understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commission models
Practical experience using affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affilka, Income Access, MyAffiliates, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Experience handling affiliates across various international markets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
An established affiliate network within the casino niche is advantageous but not mandatory
Experience working with SEO affiliates, streamers, Telegram communities, or KOL traffic is considered a plus, not essential
