In this role, you'll lead and grow highly engaged communities across Discord, Telegram, Reddit and other digital platforms. Developing strategic content and structured engagement frameworks to drive participation. Using automation and data driven monetization, you will turn these communities into engines of retention, revenue and organic growth. Mission of the Role Transform digital community spaces into drivers of retention, revenue, and organic growth. Core Responsibilities Build and manage highly engaged online communities across platforms including Discord, Telegram, and Reddit. Create and maintain content calendars and engagement frameworks. Convert community participation into paid adoption. Launch exclusive access initiatives and gated campaigns. Implement automation, role systems, engagement mechanics, and moderation tools. Reduce churn through structured community activation strategies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Community growth rate Engagement metrics Community to customer conversion rate Revenue generated from community initiatives Retention and loyalty impact Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience managing and scaling large online communities Demonstrated experience building and growing communities on Discord, Telegram, and Reddit (or comparable community platforms) Proven ability to convert community engagement into revenue through structured monetization strategies Strong technical proficiency with community tools, automation, role systems, and moderation frameworks Hands-on, start-up oriented operator with a data-driven and performance-focused approach Compensation Competitive base compensation with performance incentives tied to measurable business outcomes. Head of VIP We are looking to collaborate with an experienced Head of VIP to own and define the VIP function end-to-end across casino, sportsbook, and Predict. This role has full accountability for VIP portfolio performance, commercial strategy, proposition design, and long-term value creation. You will shape how VIP operates globally—from segmentation and player treatment to onboarding, engagement, partnerships, and brand visibility—ensuring a differentiated, competitive, and always-on VIP experience. You will lead VIP growth through proactive portfolio management, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with CRM, product, marketing, social, and partnerships. The role also includes building and leading a high-performing VIP team, setting clear operating models, and establishing strong governance around incentives, risk, and player experience.
