This established company is now seeking a commercially driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to support its continued growth in central Europe. It already works with some of the biggest names in the industry. This role is ideal for someone who values a collaborative, respectful culture and takes full ownership.
Based anywhere in Europe, ideally Central or Eastern Europe the person in the role will report to the CCO. The role will focus on selling tech solutions to the operators and platform providers in central and easter Europe. You will be required to act as a consultative partner, understanding your client challenges and provide relevant solutions, whilst all the while building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
Candidates will need over 3 years B2B sales, business development, or account management in iGaming (though SaaS, or tech considered). Candidates will also have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets as well as possessing strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.

What You’ll Do:
Scale Acquisition: Strengthen the pipeline of streamer and acquisition efforts month on month. Find scale to reach the growth targets.
Increase Partnerships: Source, engage and onboard streamers across multiple regions.
Deal Maker: Secure new streamers and be the deal owner ensuring they achieve the goals of the engagement.
Drive Performance: Track and review the performance of our creators and crack the code behind obtaining return on investment.

About the Role:
In this position, you will take ownership of performance marketing activities across LATAM, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth through acquisition and retention strategies. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns are optimized for profitability and adapted to local market dynamics.
Main Responsibilities:
Own and drive the full performance marketing strategy across LATAM markets
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns including paid social, search, affiliates, influencer partnerships, and programmatic traffic
Track and improve core performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, FTDs, retention rates, and LTV
Identify high-growth markets, audiences, and acquisition opportunities within LATAM
Work cross-functionally with CRM, product, design, and affiliate teams to strengthen funnel performance and user value
Continuously test and refine landing pages, creatives, and promotional offers to increase conversion rates
Use data insights and player behavior analysis to make fast and effective optimization decisions
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently, scaling profitable campaigns while minimizing inefficiencies
Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory updates across the region
Support the development of localized strategies and campaigns tailored to specific countries
Desired experience:
Strong experience in performance or growth marketing roles
Background in iGaming, online casino, or related industries is highly preferred
Deep understanding of LATAM digital channels, audiences, and market dynamics
Demonstrated success in scaling acquisition campaigns with measurable ROI
Solid knowledge of attribution models, tracking tools, and funnel optimization techniques
Experience working with dashboards, analytics tools, and budget ownership
Familiarity with traffic sources relevant to gaming and casino offers
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on profitability over volume
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, testing and iterating quickly based on data
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are beneficial
