We’re hiring a Country Manager to lead market growth across Sweden & Denmark for a fast-scaling, award-winning iGaming brand expanding across key regulated markets.
This is a high-impact role with full ownership of regional performance, marketing strategy, and brand growth, acting as the driving force behind expansion in Scandinavia.
What you’ll do
Own the overall strategy and performance for Sweden & Denmark
Drive brand development and localisation (creative, tone of voice, campaigns)
Lead multi-channel acquisition across ATL (TV, radio, sponsorships, PR) and digital (performance, affiliates, CRM)
Own and manage substantial budgets, targets, and forecasts
Build and manage relationships with media agencies and key external partners
Analyse performance (ROI, CPA, LTV) and optimise for growth
Ensure full compliance with local regulations across all activity
Collaborate cross-functionally with central marketing, product, and operations teams
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team
What we’re looking for
5+ years’ experience in a senior commercial or marketing leadership role
3+ years within B2C iGaming, ideally focused on Sweden & Denmark
Proven track record of launching and scaling brands in regulated markets
Strong experience managing ATL and performance marketing channels
Deep understanding of the Scandinavian media and regulatory landscape
Experience leading and developing teams
Native-level Swedish or Danish

Seeking a Head of Affiliates to lead our affiliate marketing channel across key markets. This role has full ownership of performance, partnerships, and strategic direction, combining commercial leadership, data-driven decision making, and strategic oversight. The goal is to ensure the affiliate program delivers sustainable growth while maintaining compliance in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
Shape the Affiliate Strategy: Define and execute plans to grow the affiliate channel across key markets, focusing on revenue, ROI, and long-term partnerships.
Manage Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with affiliates, networks, and media partners to drive high-quality traffic.
Optimize Performance: Use analytics and reporting to track channel performance, refine campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to improve acquisition and conversion.

Requirements:
Experience: 5–8+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally within online gaming or entertainment. Proven track record managing revenue-generating programs.
Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, understanding of CPA, revenue share, and hybrid models, and experience optimising ROI.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
Leadership Qualities: Ability to lead a team, provide clear direction, develop talent, and foster accountability.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations in multiple jurisdictions and experience ensuring campaigns comply with legal standards.
Industry Engagement: Willing to attend conferences, events, and meetings to build relationships, stay informed on trends, and promote the company brand.

Pentasia are supporting an iGaming operator in their search for a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to lead and own their CRM strategy in the Danish market. In this role, you will manage and support a team of two CRM Executives, working across three verticals - Casino, Live Casino, and Sports - and three different brands in a rapidly growing market.
As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CRM team, ensuring all activities align with our brand vision and strategic goals. You will work closely with the VIP Manager, Senior CRM Manager, and Country Manager to deliver high-performing campaigns and promotions that drive customer activity, retention, and loyalty.

• Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business
