The Role: The company is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its team in one of its European offices. In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring optimal performance of products on their websites. You will act as the first point of contact for client queries, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid working model and reports to the Head of Account Management. About You: To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B account management within the iGaming sector, ideally with experience in sportsbook or gaming platform products. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a commercially driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team. Customer Success Manager - iGaming Exciting career progression opportunities Market leading solutions provider Living in or near London/Gibraltar Competitive salary + bonus This company is the market leader in providing solutions that improves player acquisition and retention for casino and sportsbook operators and suppliers, through a combination of traditional and AI/ML solutions. It has an office based in the UK and employs over 40 staff both in the UK and across the globe. You can be based anywhere in the UK, but please note it is 2-3 days per week in their London office or regular team meetings with senior managemnt in Gib. The main focus of this role will be relationship management of existing clients, cross-selling and up-selling their suite of four products. You will also be responsible for training clients on this product suite, and providing support with any issues they face. To be successful, you will be dynamic, analytical, and be willing and able to work autonomously. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C client facing role in the iGaming industry, ideally with a technical background. For this role, you will need to be technically astute and understand complex products/solutions and be able to showcase this. Interested? It has been continuously growing since its inception. It has offices dotted across Europe and they have clients in 6 of the 7 continents.  For this role you can be based anywhere in Europe and work remote. You will work closely with the product and account management team to ensure the  product offerings are aligned with customer needs. Majority of your time will be spent working directly with customers, managing relationships, informing them of new product releases, new features and updates. You will be responsible for collecting customer feedback, providing insights on market trends to help improve the product strategy.  To be considered for this role you must have a good understanding of sportsbook products and strong communication skills in both English and Russian.
