Customer Success Manager - iGaming Exciting career progression opportunities Market leading solutions provider Living in or near London Competitive salary + bonus This company is the market leader in providing solutions that improves player acquisition and retention for casino and sportsbook operators and suppliers, through a combination of traditional and AI/ML solutions. It has an office based in the UK and employs over 40 staff both in the UK and across the globe. You can be based anywhere in the UK, but please note it is 2-3 days per week in their London office. The main focus of this role will be relationship management of existing clients, cross-selling and up-selling their suite of four products. You will also be responsible for training clients on this product suite, and providing support with any issues they face. To be successful, you will be dynamic, analytical, and be willing and able to work autonomously. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C client facing role in the iGaming industry, ideally with a technical background.
