This company is a fast-growing and ambitious iGaming business, which can offer a great opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering growth, and ensuring the seamless execution of its strategic objectives. Amongst  other products this company is a market leading platform provider. It is continuing to grow its foot print globally. As it employs below 100 staff, the culture can best be described as having a family feel to it.   The role is based in Europe with a key focus (along with the CEO) of formulating then implementing the commercial strategy for the business. You will oversee the operational and helpdesk teams within the business. The role will have 5 people reporting into it, including account managers and two operational managers. You will also be responsible for helping to develop the existing client base. In essence you will lead the operational structuring within a scale-up and agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders to implement and refine the company's strategic directions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Once  you have settled in, you will then contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal processes, collaborating with key internal stakeholders.  To be considered for the role you will need to have  a proven experience in a similar role or leadership position within an iGaming company.
