This established company is now seeking a commercially driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to support its continued growth in central Europe. It already works with some of the biggest names in the industry. This role is ideal for someone who values a collaborative, respectful culture and takes full ownership.
Based anywhere in Europe, ideally Central or Eastern Europe the person in the role will report to the CCO. The role will focus on selling tech solutions to the operators and platform providers in central and easter Europe. You will be required to act as a consultative partner, understanding your client challenges and provide relevant solutions, whilst all the while building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
Candidates will need over 3 years B2B sales, business development, or account management in iGaming (though SaaS, or tech considered). Candidates will also have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets as well as possessing strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.

The Role;
You will take ownership of senior stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary interface between the business and government bodies, regulators, and key industry partners.
This role goes beyond traditional account management — it requires someone who can navigate complexity, manage sensitive situations, and influence outcomes, both in formal settings and through strong relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities;
Build and manage senior relationships across government, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders
Represent the business in high-level meetings, negotiations, and external engagements
Navigate complex, politically sensitive environments with sound judgment
Influence stakeholder alignment with commercial and strategic objectives
Provide leadership with insights on stakeholder sentiment, risks, and opportunities
Act as a trusted escalation point for sensitive or high-priority issues
Ensure internal teams are aligned with external expectations and commitments

A fast-growing global iGaming supplier is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow operator relationships across the US and Canadian regulated online casino markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with 1–2 years of experience in an iGaming B2B account manager role to develop commercially within a high-growth, international business.
The role focuses on supporting day-to-day account management activities, assisting with game launches and promotions, analysing performance data, and helping to build long-term operator partnerships. You will work closely with senior account managers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes and excellent partner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the management of operator accounts across the US and Canada under guidance from senior team members.
Assist with account planning, performance tracking, and preparation of regular business reviews.
Support game launches, ensuring correct game packages, positioning, and go-live execution.
Help drive product adoption and visibility through promotional and marketing initiatives.
Analyse KPIs, game performance, and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new operators and support ongoing account needs.
Maintain accurate account documentation, reports, and internal updates.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver against partner requirements.
Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the wider commercial team.
Support senior colleagues at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as required.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in iGaming and account management.
Strong interest in the regulated online casino and slots market.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline (advantageous but not essential).
Willingness to travel regularly for partner meetings and industry events.
