This established company is now seeking a commercially driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to support its continued growth in central Europe. It already works with some of the biggest names in the industry. This role is ideal for someone who values a collaborative, respectful culture and takes full ownership.
Based anywhere in Europe, ideally Central or Eastern Europe the person in the role will report to the CCO. The role will focus on selling tech solutions to the operators and platform providers in central and easter Europe. You will be required to act as a consultative partner, understanding your client challenges and provide relevant solutions, whilst all the while building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
Candidates will need over 3 years B2B sales, business development, or account management in iGaming (though SaaS, or tech considered). Candidates will also have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets as well as possessing strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.

I’m working with a rapidly scaling organisation in the iGaming sector who are looking to appoint a Director of Client Relations to lead their most critical external relationships.
This is a senior, strategic, and highly visible position, suited to someone comfortable operating across commercial, regulatory, and political environments. You’ll play a key role in shaping outcomes, building trust, and representing the business at the highest levels.
The Role;
You will take ownership of senior stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary interface between the business and government bodies, regulators, and key industry partners.
This role goes beyond traditional account management — it requires someone who can navigate complexity, manage sensitive situations, and influence outcomes, both in formal settings and through strong relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities;
Build and manage senior relationships across government, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders
Represent the business in high-level meetings, negotiations, and external engagements
Navigate complex, politically sensitive environments with sound judgment
Influence stakeholder alignment with commercial and strategic objectives
Provide leadership with insights on stakeholder sentiment, risks, and opportunities
Act as a trusted escalation point for sensitive or high-priority issues
Ensure internal teams are aligned with external expectations and commitments
What They're Looking For
10+ years’ experience in client relations, stakeholder engagement, or government relations
Proven ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels
Strong understanding of regulatory and political landscapes
Highly credible and confident in externally facing roles
Excellent communication skills, adaptable across audiences
Fluency in English and Tagalog

The Opportunity:

This role offers the opportunity to define regional strategy, build high-value partnerships, and lead commercial success in one of the most dynamic emerging markets globally.
This role can be fulfilled fully remotely, however candidates must be based in Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership;
Develop and execute a 3–5 year market entry and expansion strategy for Africa.
Translate strategic objectives into clear annual plans and measurable milestones.
Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and technological developments.
Identify growth opportunities while proactively managing risks.
Business Development & Partnerships;
Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with iGaming operators across Africa.
Leverage existing networks to accelerate market penetration.
Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
Operational & Commercial Excellence;
Oversee localisation of products and services to suit regional markets.
Build and lead high-performing regional teams.
Establish scalable processes across onboarding, integrations, and support.
Work closely with central technology teams on integrations, payments, and platform performance.
Candidate Profile:
Senior-level experience within iGaming or a closely related sector.
Strong knowledge of key African markets such as South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria.
Demonstrated success in B2B business development and partnership management.
Established network within African iGaming operators is highly advantageous.
Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks across the region.
Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and full regional P&L.
Fluent English, with the ability to operate effectively in international environments.
