Job Description: As the Head of Business Intelligence (BI) in the iGaming industry, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data analytics to drive insights, optimize processes, and enhance overall business performance. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing BI strategies that align with the company's objectives and contribute to its long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive BI roadmap that supports the company's strategic initiatives and business objectives. Lead a team of BI analysts and data scientists to design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions and data visualizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, finance, and operations, to identify key performance metrics and data requirements. Drive the collection, aggregation, and analysis of data from multiple sources, including customer behavior, operational metrics, and market trends. Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives to optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business processes and initiatives using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. The role is hybrid in Estonia.  My client, a growing company focused on the use of data to benefit e-commerce operations, is looking for a Data Engineer to join their data team in Tallin.  The client offers a competitive compensation & benefit package & will assist with relocation costs and visa application. Main responsibilities: Design, develop, validate, and maintain robust data solutions. Perform development tasks involving the creation of complex ETL jobs, SQL queries, and API calls across multiple data sources. Build and manage highly efficient and reliable data pipelines, both batch and real-time, integrating data from various sources such as databases, Kafka, 3rd party tools, and APIs. Take a proactive role in advancing data infrastructure by developing and implementing the underlying logic and structure for data setup, cleansing, and storage. Architect, launch, and oversee automated extraction and transformation processes, including dedicated projects that showcase creativity and expertise.
