Senior iGaming Recruiter - Spanish Speaker

As a Senior iGaming Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and scaling Pentasia’s Spanish-speaking LATAM market from our Orlando office. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously while developing strong client and candidate relationships across the iGaming and sports betting sector. The role carries a clear mandate to generate consistent revenue, drive business development across LATAM, and contribute to building a sustainable and profitable regional business aligned with Pentasia’s global strategy. What will you be doing? Identify, engage, interview and assess high-quality candidates across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future roles across key territories (e.g. Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Chile) Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients to drive repeat placements and referrals Source talent through networking, social media, referrals and direct approaches Manage applications, shortlisting, references and candidate communication throughout the process Develop and manage relationships with new and existing LATAM clients, proactively qualifying opportunities Take and qualify job briefs to ensure accurate and effective delivery Deliver candidates aligned with client expectations, timelines and market realities Identify and develop new business opportunities including retained, recurring and exclusive work Promote Pentasia’s services and build trusted partner relationships with key LATAM accounts Network actively across LATAM iGaming markets (events, digital communities, referrals) Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets Maintain a strong and sustainable LATAM sales and delivery pipeline Deliver a high standard of service to both clients and candidates Build deep market knowledge across LATAM iGaming, including trends, risks and hiring challenges Use CRM systems, data and reporting to track performance and improve outcomes Collaborate with global teams to leverage relationships and opportunities Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate Key Skills Account Management: Builds and grows LATAM client relationships towards trusted advisor status Business Development: Proactively identifies and converts new LATAM opportunities Commercial Accountability: Delivers consistent revenue and manages personal pipeline effectively AI, Data & Systems Usage: Uses tools, CRM and data to optimise performance and delivery Market Expertise & Talent Advisory: Demonstrates strong LATAM iGaming knowledge and provides insight-led recommendations Leadership & Talent Development: Acts as a role model and supports development of junior team members Strategic Thinking: Aligns activity to LATAM growth strategy and identifies expansion opportunities Key Experience Fluent Spanish & English (essential) Proven 360 agency recruitment experience essential Strong business development background with a track record of billings Experience recruiting within iGaming, social/mobile/AAA gaming, fintech, or digital sectors (preferred) Experience building or developing new markets or regions (highly advantageous) Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with strong pipeline management Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Key Behaviours Look for Group Opportunities: Shares leads, candidates and insights across the business Know Your Stuff Deeply: Builds deep LATAM market expertise to enhance credibility and output Value Relationships Over Transactions: Focuses on long-term partnerships over short-term wins Create Time for Learning: Demonstrates continuous improvement and growth mindset Excellence in All You Do: Delivers consistently high-quality work and sets strong standards Entrepreneurial Mindset: Takes ownership of building and scaling the LATAM market Why Join? With a broad portfolio of content distributed to operators worldwide, the business is in a strong growth phase - and this role sits across both sides of the commercial cycle: opening new operator relationships and maximising revenue from existing ones. The role You'll be part of a wider partnership team responsible for growing revenue across the customer base - identifying and winning new business while developing long-term, strategic relationships with existing operators. It's a genuinely commercial role that combines business development, account management and a deep understanding of each customer's game-launch strategy. What you'll do Identify and target new business, using your industry network, researching new markets, and opening dialogue with operators and stakeholders Act as the contact point for operators, developing long-term strategic relationships Take ownership of commercial negotiations and deliver results in line with the business' strategic vision Work closely with the games team to promote content to customers in a timely way that maximises revenue and aligns with each operator's launch strategy Manage the full sales and onboarding cycle, from negotiation through to launch and beyond Forecast and manage key account metrics, and feed market intelligence back into the business Support the product team by gathering customer feedback on the future roadmap Ensure every customer receives the best possible service throughout their lifetime with the business What you'll bring 3+ years in an account management or sales role within an iGaming / e-gaming environment A clear track record of generating results in a complex commercial environment Excellent account and customer management skills Strong commercial instincts and the ability to think strategically and solve problems A genuine team-first approach, and the appetite to build towards people management in time Passion for the gaming industry and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset What's on offer The chance to own commercial relationships with global operators at a market-leading content business, with a strong product portfolio behind you and a clear path to grow your career - including towards team leadership.

With a broad portfolio of content distributed to operators worldwide, the business is in a strong growth phase — and this role sits right at the centre of it, leading a team while personally managing a portfolio of the company's most valuable operator relationships. The role: This is a player-coach position. You'll lead a small team of Senior Partnership Managers and Partnership Managers to hit and exceed revenue targets, while personally owning a select group of tier-one operator accounts. The focus is on growing revenue from the existing customer base through strategic partnership management, upselling across the product suite, and a genuine understanding of each operator's business.
