About the Role
This role reports directly to the HQ Marketing Director and works closely with our Regional AM and global functions. It is designed for a hands-on senior marketer who wants ownership of a region without management overhead. You will personally drive paid media buying, influencer development, and campaign execution across the Latin American region. We are looking for someone who has done this work at scale before and is energized by execution.
Key Responsibilities
Personally manage promotional partnerships and content output across all regional channels (Paid Ads, Streamers, Telegram, Affiliates, etc.).
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, supporting AM and operator co-marketing activities.
Help maintain, expand, and deepen partnerships with existing major streamers in the Brazilian market.
Build local influencer and streamer networks from scratch across Spanish-speaking markets (Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, etc.).
Coordinate with local affiliate networks on marketing collaboration, planning affiliate-side promotional assets and campaigns.
Deliver weekly work progress reports.
Deliver monthly quantifiable performance reports (including market intelligence, competitor analysis, and emerging channel opportunities).
Requirements
5+ years of iGaming marketing experience, with a focus on Spanish-speaking Latam markets.
Native-level Spanish, fluent Portuguese and English for business communication.
Proven regional marketing experience with major Operators or Providers (operator-side preferred).
Hands-on experience building local influencer networks or executing GTM in new markets.
Willing to travel internationally as business needs require.
Required to complete a 2-4 week onboarding training at Taiwan HQ upon joining.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced regulatory compliance leader with a proven track record operating within highly regulated environments.
Essential Experience
Significant senior-level regulatory compliance experience within gambling, financial services or a similarly regulated sector.
Deep understanding of UK gambling regulation, licensing requirements and regulatory expectations.
Demonstrable experience operating within a second-line compliance function.
Strong leadership experience, including the development and management of senior compliance teams.
Experience engaging with regulators and senior external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to operate credibly at Executive and Board level.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Interest in leveraging emerging technologies, automation and AI to improve compliance effectiveness.
