The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous development of our management system, ensuring compliance with international standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements Qualifications University degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent command of English (C1 level). Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Certification in quality auditing or a related field is considered a plus. Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Maintain and develop, including the modification or extension of, the ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065, and ISO/IEC 17021-1 standards within the CAB management system, as well as related accreditation activities. Coordinate and oversee the company’s entire management system, ensuring that all procedures comply with the applicable standards. Coordinate internal and external audit activities and manage relationships with accreditation bodies, consultants, and contracted auditors. Manage non-conformities and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Head of Casino Location: Gibraltar (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week) The Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Casino to grow and optimise the revenues of our casino brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online gaming, local regulations, and player management and behaviours. You will be responsible for managing the casino product, driving revenue growth, optimising user experience, and ensuring full compliance with all legislative requirements. This is a full-time, office-based position, requiring your presence in our Gibraltar office five days a week. Responsibilities Casino Product Management Oversee the casino platform including grid management, ensuring game offerings are optimised by segment and tailored to the market. Game Portfolio Collaborate with existing game providers to ensure a diverse and engaging portfolio of games (including exclusive content). Expand the offering through new business opportunities and manage all contract negotiations. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyse data from user behaviour and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions that increase player volume and value. Regulatory Compliance Ensure all casino operations meet regulatory requirements, including responsible gaming practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, product, legal, payments, and IT departments to implement and optimise casino strategies.
