Acquisition Manager – iGaming Casino
Location: St. Julian’s, Malta or Remote
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Acquisition Manager (Affiliate) to join a fast-growing international iGaming business. This role is responsible for managing, optimising, and scaling the affiliate programme to drive player acquisition and revenue growth within the online casino vertical.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused position, suited to someone who already has an active network of affiliate partners and can generate results from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate programme across multiple markets
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key and VIP affiliate partners
Leverage an existing affiliate network to drive traffic and acquisition performance
Identify, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners
Optimise CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals to maximise ROI
Monitor campaign performance and ensure accurate tracking across platforms
Analyse data and produce regular performance reports
Manage affiliate budgets and support acquisition forecasting
Ensure affiliate compliance with brand guidelines and Terms & Conditions
Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Product, Marketing) to align campaigns and promotions
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
Proven experience in iGaming (casino) within an affiliate or acquisition role
An established and active network of affiliate partners
Strong understanding of key international markets (Europe preferred)
Experience managing CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Income Access, MyAffiliates, or similar
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Head of Operations (Online Gaming)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and commercially aware individual with a passion for Online Betting & Gaming to support and optimise operations across multiple African markets.
The Head of Operations will act as a key link between regional teams and central functions (including Product, Payments, Marketing, and Customer Service), ensuring effective execution of operational strategies across markets.
This role is responsible for overseeing multi-market performance, supporting regional teams, and ensuring that local operational needs are aligned with central direction. The position will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, improving performance, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all markets.
Responsibilities:
Oversee operational performance across multiple African markets, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational KPIs
Work closely with Regional Operations Managers to monitor and improve performance across their respective markets
Analyse data, reports, and market trends to identify opportunities for operational and commercial improvement
Act as a key liaison between local teams and central functions, ensuring effective communication and execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regional teams to ensure smooth operational flow
Support market entry and exit decisions by providing operational and performance insights
Assist in adapting operations to local market conditions, including payments, infrastructure, and customer behaviour
Collaborate with central teams to support product rollouts, operational initiatives, and campaign execution (non-marketing ownership)
Ensure consistency in operational processes and customer experience across all markets
Contribute to improving operational frameworks and efficiencies across the business
Support budget awareness and contribute to commercial decision-making through performance insights
Manage and develop Regional Operations Managers, ensuring alignment and effective execution across markets

Requirements:
Experience in online gaming, betting
Experience in operations, commercial, or multi-market roles
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
Strong commercial awareness, with exposure to performance metrics and ideally good P&L understanding
Experience working with data to support decision-making and performance improvement
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple teams and geographies
Willingness and flexibility to occasionally travel across African markets when required
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; French is a plus
Experience in emerging markets or Africa is beneficial

We are supporting the search for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operational delivery within a fast-scaling digital gaming business operating in regulated markets.
This is a senior, hands-on role focused on ensuring smooth execution across product operations, supplier coordination, performance monitoring, and cross-functional delivery. You will act as a central point between commercial, product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure operational stability and strong player experience outcomes.
What you’ll be responsible for
Lead and coordinate daily operational activity across digital gaming products, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution and platform reliability
Oversee game and product releases, ensuring correct configuration, compliance alignment, and operational readiness
Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners, ensuring service levels, delivery timelines, and operational standards are met
Monitor performance metrics across products, identifying issues, trends, and opportunities for optimisation
Support incident and issue management, ensuring fast resolution and clear internal communication during live operational events
Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure improvements are properly prioritised and delivered
Maintain oversight of operational risks, including system issues, player-impacting incidents, and supplier dependencies
Contribute to reporting for senior leadership, highlighting performance, risks, and key operational insights
Support continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, and operational frameworks
