Overview Pentasia have partnered with an iGaming Operator in their search for a Paid Media Specialist. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and performance of multi-channel paid media campaigns across major digital platforms to drive user acquisition and growth. You’ll manage budgets, optimize results, and work closely with creative and data teams to scale high-impact campaigns and support an ambitious long-term vision. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic networks. Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to maximise ROI and reduce CPA. Partner with creative teams to ensure all assets are on brand and tailored to the local market. Collaborate with internal teams to keep paid media activity aligned with broader business objectives. Monitor competitor activity and trends within the digital media landscape. A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to scale successful campaigns. Manage advertising budgets effectively and maintain accurate tracking using analytics and attribution tools. Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices. Head of Retention (CRM & Lifecycle) Overview A fast-growing iGaming operator is seeking a Head of Retention to rebuild its CRM and player lifecycle strategy. You’ll shape the full CRM ecosystem, drive UK-focused retention performance, and scale operations across multiple markets. The Role A hands-on, strategic position reporting to the CMO. You will initially own retention end-to-end, with full autonomy to execute. As the business scales, you’ll define the team structure, hire specialists, and lead the development of a new CRM tech stack and lifecycle strategy. Key Responsibilities Build and implement the CRM architecture and select the next-generation tech stack. Develop UK-focused retention strategies that meet UKGC compliance standards. Overhaul lifecycle journeys: welcome, real-time triggers, reactivation, VIP, cross-brand retention. Prepare CRM strategy for future Sportsbook launch and Casino–Sportsbook cross-sell. Own analytics: track LTV, churn, NGR, retention, and optimise through A/B testing. Develop predictive churn-prevention flows and behaviour-based segmentation. Create scalable processes and build out the retention team as the company grows. Requirements Must-Haves 5+ years iGaming CRM/Retention experience. Strong knowledge of UK market + UKGC compliance. Expertise with leading CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Braze, Optimove, Tableau, PowerBI). Data-driven decision maker with excellent communication skills. Nice-to-Haves Leadership or team management experience. Experience using AI for CRM automation or predictive modelling. Knowledge of additional regulated markets. They are now expanding and seeking to collaborate with a Prediction Product Marketing Manager; a strategist who lives at the intersection of markets, marketing, and momentum. You will drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and performance of the company's prediction vertical, defining how it shows up in the market, how we tell the story, and how we turn global conversations into participation. If you understand prediction markets, trading culture, and crypto communities and can turn insight into traction, this collaboration is for you. Strategy & Proposition Development Develop and deliver the end-to-end marketing and proposition strategy for the company's new prediction vertical. Define value propositions and positioning across multiple market categories; sports, crypto, politics, and culture. Identify emerging trends within prediction markets, trading, and entertainment to inform commercial direction. Build business cases that connect user insight, opportunity, and brand positioning. Market & Customer Analysis Analyse audience behaviour, motivations, and trends to shape differentiated messaging. Monitor competitor activity to identify whitespace and edge opportunities. Go-to-Market & Lifecycle Management  Oversee launch and rollout of new features, markets, and verticals. Align campaign calendars with marketing, CRM, and community initiatives. Deliver structured creative briefs and ensure campaigns align with brand tone and positioning. Performance & Optimisation Track performance KPIs across user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in product marketing, proposition management, or growth strategy within prediction markets, crypto trading, fintech, or sports betting. Proven experience launching and scaling digital or trading-related products. Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to link market insight to business performance. Crypto-native mindset: understanding of blockchain, tokenized economies, and Web3 behaviours.
