The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the affiliate strategy, building and managing key partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing team.  This role requires a strong commercial mindset, extensive experience in affiliate or performance marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns and partnerships to achieve business objectives.   Requirements: Minimum of 2–3 years' experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry. Proven experience managing affiliate partnerships across the DACH region. Previous team leadership or people management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. German or French language skills are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. Onboarding Compliance (Underwriting) Specialist Location: On-site (Hybrid after 6 months) | Type: Full-time Overview My iGaming client is looking for an Onboarding Compliance (Underwriting) Specialist to join its Legal team. You'll be responsible for carrying out KYC, due diligence, and compliance checks on business partners, ensuring all onboarding processes meet regulatory and internal compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct KYC and due diligence on new and existing partners. Complete risk assessments and recommend approvals or escalations. Manage onboarding documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor compliance with AML, CTF, FATCA, OFAC, and gaming regulations. Identify and escalate suspicious activity where required. Support compliance reporting, audits, and policy updates. Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders. Deliver compliance guidance and training to internal teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years' experience in Compliance, KYC, Underwriting, or a similar role. Strong understanding of AML and financial crime regulations. Knowledge of gaming regulations is advantageous. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
