Our client is looking for a  Head of Performance Marketing who  owns all paid and programmatic acquisition channels, closing gaps in current coverage across paid social, programmatic, and clipping/creator-led campaigns for  non regulated casino brands.. This is a strategic and hands-on  role with a clear mandate to: scale spend efficiently, build a rigorous measurement and optimisation framework, and grow a small in-house team over time. The role reports directly to CCO and carries end-to-end accountability for acquisition spend efficiency and channel performance, with a strategic mandate to optimize conversion and funnel performance and grow traffic. You will take full ownership of programmatic, Paid social and creator-led clipping campaigns across all channels. Experience of the Turkish market prefered.
