With an established brand it is now looking to expand and recruit another Sales/Account Developer to join its highly successful and respected team.  For this role you will need to be based in one of a number of locations throughout Europe. The focus for the role is the DACH region (Germany & Austria mostly). You will be responsible for promoting this company's full range of  iGaming solutions to predominately Sports Betting operators within your assigned portfolio. The main focus will be to formulate strategies for specific accounts and then implement them. This will involve developing  existing accounts, cross-selling and up-selling. CRM Manager – iGaming | São Paulo We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, retention, and customer engagement for the Brazilian market. Key Responsibilities Own and execute CRM and customer lifecycle strategies. Plan CRM calendars, campaigns, segmentation, and personalized communications. Build and optimize automated customer journeys and trigger-based campaigns. Drive retention, reactivation, engagement, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Monitor campaign performance, churn, conversion, and engagement metrics. Lead A/B testing and continuously optimize CRM initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Operations, VIP, Risk, Data, UX, and Compliance teams. Ensure campaigns follow regulatory and responsible gaming requirements. Senior UA Designer – iGaming | São Paulo We are looking for a Senior Designer specialized in Motion Design and Video Production to create high-quality visual assets, animations, and audiovisual content for an iGaming environment, including proprietary games. Key Responsibilities Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for games, campaigns, promotions, and products. Develop static and animated assets and layouts across multiple channels and formats. Animate typography, logos, characters, icons, interfaces, and other graphic elements. Create key visuals and adapt them across different formats, platforms, and markets. Maintain a high level of visual quality, consistency, and polish. Contribute creative ideas and help evolve the visual language of games and products. Collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, Product, and Content teams. Requirements Senior-level experience in Design and Motion Design. Advanced proficiency in After Effects. Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
