Director of Sales - iGaming
My client is a fast-growing AI scale-up, building products which are changing how the Global iGaming industry operates.
They work with well-known international Operators, sell into a highly regulated space, and have a product with a genuinely strong, measurable ROI story. They're early-stage in terms of scale, but with real traction, real customers, and a small, high-ownership team where every hire has a visible impact on the company's trajectory.
They're now hiring their first Director of Sales, reporting directly into the CEO.
The Role:
This is a hands-on new-business leadership position, not a purely strategic one. You'll personally run and close deals - target account mapping through to negotiation and signature - while also building the sales function from the ground up: process, playbooks, CRM discipline, and KPIs. A CRM is in place, but the playbook is still to be written, so this is a genuine build-and-own opportunity rather than inheriting someone else's machine.
You'll manage a small team, own the channel mix between outbound and warm, network/event-driven selling, and represent the business at major industry events. Every deal you close is handed over cleanly to delivery - this is a role with accountability that doesn't stop at signature.
The role is fully remote (as long as you're based in Europe), with direct access to the CEO and real influence over commercial strategy from day one.
What They're Looking For:
5+ years of B2B sales experience with a genuine track record of personally closing new deals - SaaS/platform sales into a similarly regulated sector strongly preferred.
An established Operator network within iGaming - this is essential, not a nice-to-have.
Experience building or significantly upgrading a sales process and CRM inside an early-stage or scaling business.
Experience coaching or managing a small sales team while still carrying your own number.
A track record of conference-led selling at major industry events.
Sharp commercial judgement - someone who qualifies hard and protects deal quality, not just pipeline volume.
What's On Offer:
Strong basic salary (approx. 60% of OTE) plus uncapped, well-structured commission.
Fully remote working.
Genuine ownership of the commercial engine.. built your way, with full management backing.
Direct line to the CEO and real influence on company strategy.
The chance to sell a product with a proven, measurable ROI story in the booming iGaming industry.

Junior Test Engineer
We are looking for a Junior Test Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the testing and evaluation of technology used across the gaming and betting sector.
In this role, you’ll work with technical specifications, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and defined testing procedures to assess software and hardware solutions. You’ll also interact with customers and internal teams, making clear communication and careful documentation an important part of the position.
Your Day-to-Day Work
Testing & Technical Evaluation
Review technical specifications and relevant regulatory requirements to understand what needs to be validated.
Learn about individual customer requirements and identify any additional testing or evaluation they may request.
Investigate applicable standards, special conditions, or market-specific requirements before testing begins.
Prepare and carry out appropriate test procedures based on technical specifications and customer needs.
Record test activities, results, issues, and defects in a clear and accurate manner.
Track assigned work to ensure testing activities stay within agreed schedules and project budgets.
Work methodically to ensure that test results are complete, consistent, and technically reliable.
Customer Interaction & Coordination
Build constructive, professional working relationships with assigned customers.
Develop an understanding of each customer’s requirements, priorities, and position within their market.
Keep customers and relevant internal stakeholders informed about testing progress, findings, and outstanding issues.
Coordinate effectively with different parties when additional information, clarification, or testing requirements arise.
Communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
What You’ll Need
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, computer science, or another technical discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
An Associate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline may be considered, together with relevant experience.
Equivalent combinations of professional experience, technical training, or industry certifications may be considered in place of formal education.
Working knowledge of C++ or another modern object-oriented programming language.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and day-to-day work.
Professional fluency in English, including the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
A valid driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to accuracy, quality, and deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with both colleagues and external customers.
Willingness and ability to complete a comprehensive background screening.
What Will Make You Successful
This is an entry-level engineering position, so we’re not expecting you to know everything from day one. What matters is that you’re technically curious, comfortable learning new requirements, and capable of following a structured approach when investigating how a system behaves.
You should be someone who pays close attention to details, takes documentation seriously, communicates clearly, and is comfortable managing several testing activities against deadlines.
Because the role involves working with customers as well as technical teams, professionalism and the ability to explain information clearly are just as important as your technical foundation.
