The Opportunity
An established online gaming operator is seeking a hands-on Product Owner - Casino to take ownership of its online casino product and help drive growth across the digital business.
This is a highly visible role for someone who genuinely understands casino games, player behaviour, promotional mechanics, lobby management, supplier coordination, and the day-to-day trading of an online casino product. The successful candidate will relocate to Santo Domingo and work closely with the local leadership team to improve the customer experience, optimise performance, and shape the casino roadmap.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the optimisation of the casino lobby, including game placement, category management, content visibility, and customer journeys.
• Analyse casino performance, player behaviour, game-level metrics, conversion, retention, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Plan and coordinate the launch of new casino games, providers, promotional tools, product features, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Payments, Compliance, and external platform or game providers.
• Improve casino promotional mechanics, bonus flows, player segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns to increase activity and retention.
• Translate commercial and operational requirements into clear product specifications for internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
• Monitor competitor casino products, game portfolios, bonus structures, and market trends
• Act as the internal casino product expert, providing practical recommendations that improve player experience and commercial performance.
• Support local leadership with hands-on execution, problem solving, product testing, and continuous product improvement.
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Casino Manager, Casino Product Specialist, or similar within online casino or iGaming.
• Strong knowledge of online casino games, providers, aggregators, player journeys, promotional mechanics, and retention strategies.
• A hands-on operator who is comfortable reviewing performance data, spotting product gaps, and making practical recommendations.
• Experience working with third-party casino platforms, game suppliers, payment teams, CRM teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Good understanding of bonus logic, free spins, tournaments, jackpots, gamification, segmentation, and player lifecycle management.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, compliance, operational delivery, and revenue growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English are essential.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Preferred Background
• Online casino operators in LATAM, Spain, Europe, or other regulated and emerging markets.
• Casino product, casino operations, CRM, gaming operations, or player engagement teams.
• Candidates who have worked closely with casino platforms, aggregators, and game content suppliers.
• Product professionals who enjoy being close to the operational detail rather than working in a purely strategic product role.
What Is On Offer
• Relocation and work visa support for the successful candidate.
• Opportunity to play a key role in shaping and scaling an online casino product in the Dominican Republic.
• Close working relationship with senior leadership and high visibility across the business.
• Competitive package structured to support relocation and local employment requirements.
• A hands-on role with genuine ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a visible commercial impact.
Ideal Candidate Summary
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded casino product professional who combines deep knowledge of online casino games and player behaviour with a practical, hands-on approach to execution. They will be comfortable working in a growing business, collaborating directly with senior leadership, and taking ownership of the casino product to improve customer engagement, product quality, and commercial performance.

Senior Product Manager — Gaming Platform (PAM)
We're working with a leading operator. They've made a strategic decision to build their next-generation gaming platform in-house — starting with a full greenfield build of their Player Account Management (PAM) system, the transactional core of the entire business.
What You'll Do
Own the product roadmap for your domain — discovery, prioritisation, sequencing, delivery
Write crisp specs for complex transactional and compliance-driven functionality
Translate gaming regulation, KYC/AML and responsible gaming obligations into buildable product requirements
Define the migration path off the current third-party platform — feature parity, gap decisions, dual-running, cutover
Partner with principal engineers on speed vs. scope vs. architectural integrity trade-offs
Define and instrument success metrics for your domain
Manage stakeholders across markets, time zones, and executive sponsors
What You'll Bring
6+ years in Product Management, 3+ years on platform, backend or API products
Experience shipping transactional/money-moving functionality — payments, wallets, billing, banking, trading, or gaming
Comfortable working in regulated environments
Technical fluency — API design, data models, event-driven architecture
Experience with migrations, re-platforming, or greenfield builds
Sharp written and spoken English
A structured, evidence-driven approach to prioritisation — and the confidence to say no

Product Designer (Live Casino)
Remote, Remote
Highly Competitive
A live casino and show-games studio is hiring a Product Designer who thinks in systems, not screens: someone who can carry a problem from user flow through polished, production-ready UI for complex game interfaces.
What you'll do: Design mobile and desktop interfaces for live casino and show games; turn requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UI; build visually rich interfaces (layered graphics, distinctive shapes) without losing usability; define responsive behaviour, edge cases and specs for engineering; contribute to design systems.
What you'll bring: Strong product thinking connecting user needs, business goals and implementation constraints; advanced Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping); a portfolio showing genuinely complex, game-oriented UI, not just minimalist SaaS work; clear grasp of responsive design and developer handoff. Gaming/betting/entertainment product experience is a strong plus, as is generative AI use for research and ideation.
