Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the sports betting and casino industry, with a focus on CRM solutions. This position necessitates hands-on experience and a strong network within the Brazilian casino and sports betting industry. Previous experience selling IT solutions (Platform, Risk and Frude Solutions, CRM or others) is desirable, but not required. 
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales track record, extensive knowledge of the Brazilian market, and established relationships with casinos and sports betting websites.

Responsibilities:
- Include developing and executing a strategic sales plan to increase adoption of CRM solutions in Brazil's sports betting and casino markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with casinos, sportsbooks, and other key stakeholders, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the sales cycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to help you make strategic decisions and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Regularly update and report to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a focus on the Brazilian sports betting and casino industry.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is mandatory.
- Strong network of contacts within the Brazilian casino and sports betting industry, including casinos, sportsbooks, and affiliated businesses.
- Experience in selling IT solutions or software products is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
